Rusty is a great guy and should be proud of his company but he needs to hire more techs and less staff. I called yesterday and spoke with 3 different people that didn't have a clue what I was talking about and they all said they would check and call me back. The only person to call me back was the owner Rusty . Meanwhile while he is out in this heat the office staff is sitting in an airconditioned building. Would I call them again before any other company? Absolutely but I would only want to speak with him or maybe Gina

These guys are the best in the tri-state area. We’ve had them service our A/C for about 3 years now. Finally had to pull the trigger on a new system, and they were extremely fair priced, and got the job done very quickly. I can’t say enough about Miguel their service tech. Extremely knowledgeable, and just an all around professional, honest and nice guy. Tri State are the only ones we’ll use for our A/C needs.

The tech arrived right on time and fixed what he thought was wrong. Unfortunately I had to call back and let the office know that the unit was still working but no cold air. Another tech that evening returned and checked everything. He said everything looked right, but he wanted to recheck the capacitor that was replaced to make sure the right one had been installed. Bright and early the tech arrived with a new capacitor! Evidently someone had installed the wrong one from the get go and finally someone (Daniel) took the time to dig a little deeper and fix it correctly! Here's to my new heros!
