BHC/FM. Our experience with them was terrible. The tenants all complained that it was almost impossible to schedule repairs and service so they all quit trying. When service was scheduled, it was through a company that seemed non-existent without a location address or phone number, not even on the receipts for its very high priced repairs. Why would a property manager not let the big box store deliver a new appliance for free but instead hire its own maintenance company to make the delivery and charge the landlord? Our property was allowed to fall into a state of disrepair under this management. Finally, check you 1099s, this management's error reported over $4k more than we received.

Me and my Fiancee were trying to find a place for my Elderly folks out in this area. Most of those we contacted where nice and helpful but this company was awesome and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We had been renting in Mohave Valley for 7 years in the same house,in July we were informed that we had 45 days to move out.We are a retired couple both 69 years old with medical conditions.We had no where to go,and we could find nothing to rent.The fear grew as the move out date came closer and closer. A friend who sells real estate sent me to Innovative Solutions, We met Tanya and Susan, they were able to approve our credit and get a lease signed on a home the FIRST DAY. When problems occured with the Water Company ISP was on top of the situation,their maintenance crew saved the Day.We were able to move in within our time limit.We just finished moving today. To be honest, I am old and hard to deal with,but All of the Crew at ISP were great, and My Wife and I would reccomend ISP ,TO EVERYONE, Especially Seniors like us.Thank you ISP and your Entire Office Staff.5 STARS

We’ve been in our rental property for almost 5 years. The 1st 4 1/2 years was through a property management that is no longer. The broker (our landlord) died so the realty closed. Another realty (Innovative Property Solutions) in Fort Mohave Arizona then took over. I am so immensely grateful and blessed for ISP to take over our rental. Our prior landlord was a slumlord. There were existing problems before we moved in that were never fixed. As time went, more problems developed with little or no response for her to repair anything that went wrong. We’re good reliable paying tenants. We pay our rent on time and cause no trouble. We’re also disabled senior citizens who have chronic health issues. I couldn’t believe how we were being treated. We didn’t know what to do because we were too sick to fight back. When ISP Team took over, everything changed for the better. I went from feeling lost with no hope at all to feeling peaceful and protected. ISP took over one big mess. I don’t think anyone else would touch it with all of it’s problems. They have overwhelmed me with their very fast and quick response to help us. TO TOP IT OFF—They sold a property for us that we use to live on. We lost our home due to fire but still had the land. Since 2013 we’ve had constant problems with squatters and people using it as a dump site . We couldn’t afford it anymore. THE ISP TEAM STEPPED RIGHT IN TO HELP US AGAIN!! THEY SOLD OUR PROPERTY FOR US. I COULDN’T BELIEVE HOW FAST THEY FOUND A BUYER FOR US. AND WE DIDN’T EVEN HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE. THEY CAME TO US. WE DIDN’T HAVE TO LIFT A FINGER EXCEPT FOR THE SIGNING OF THE PAPERS! THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AS MY LANDLORD AND MY BROKER. THEY’RE VERY COMPASSIONATE AND CARING! Be careful renting from this place they will tell you one thing and do another thing. They will do illegal things behind your back and then make excuses why they are to busy to tell you why. Save money on a lawyer by not renting from this company

Great set of Real Estate services. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I ask several questions and their property mgmt and listing services and they gave me some great ideas they were all very helpful but spoke to Doree and she is great
