I recently interviewed with Diamond AdvanEdge and decided to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. During the interview, the owner denied that the company operates as an MLM (multi-level marketing) organization, despite numerous online reviews from former employees stating otherwise. This discrepancy was the first red flag.

The role was described as a B2B sales position, selling outdated AT&T phone plans to business owners. When I questioned why the company was promoting expensive, outdated systems instead of modern, cost-effective solutions that integrate with AI and automated SMS responses, the owner claimed that business owners prefer manual calling and dislike automation. This explanation contradicts current business trends, as most businesses today prioritize efficiency and modern technology.

Additionally, I was informed that I would be responsible for daily commuting to the office and client locations at my own expense, with no paid time off (PTO) ever offered. This lack of basic employee benefits was another concern.

Lastly, I found several online reviews from former employees alleging that this is a predatory company and that they were never paid for their work. Combined with the other red flags, I decided to decline the position.

I strongly encourage anyone considering working with or for Diamond AdvanEdge to thoroughly research the company and weigh the risks before proceeding.
