Our student teachers use Certify Teacher for test prep in our program. We have been pleased with the results! I have admin access and whenever I have a question or need assistance, I send an email to Support and the response is lightning fast! I love that! That's been the case since 2018 when I began using Certify Teacher.

Format wasn't bad but questions on practice tests were not nearly as hard as those on the actual exam. I am glad I know how to flip questions and rework them to find what is actually being asked on the real test, as these practice tests were great drill and kill, but there is a reason they advise you to make straight hundreds on theirs' before taking the actual test. Yes I passed, but only because I am a good test taker to begin with. If your not a good test taker, you should probably look somewhere else.

Don't use this service, they only offer one practice test , basically you get only 100 questions, that is it. I have to sign up Exam edge after wasting my money with this company. Exam edge one practice exam is only 25 and this company charged 55. Just don't sign up and don't believe any testimonials on the company website.

Before I say anything else, when it is working I love their program. Very in depth with description of the questions and which competencies they cover, and they do a great job breaking down the test accordingly.
When it comes to any kind of customer or technical support, they are horrible. As I write this, I am trying to study for another exam I have on Monday, but their website is still down from maintenance performed yesterday. I can't get a hold of anyone when I call in, and their website is completely down. If the program wasn't so helpful they would receive less stars.

Don't waste your money. They do not prepare you well enough to pass the actual test. Their content does not match the actual state exam. I could only identify maybe 10 concepts from their study resources on the actual state exam. I did not pass the state exam and I knew i didn't pass before i even received my results.

I don't understand the low reviews. This is an EXCELLENT resource for studying. No it's not the exam questions verbatim, who expects such a thing? But if you're actually trying to learn what you're being tested on this is the place. I highly recommend Certify Teacher for anyone taking the state teaching exams.

Update - The problem was not fixed. The test has MANY technical issues and will mark problems wrong even when you marked them right . Has missing graphs - pictures for questions. Just overall lots of issues. Customer service consist of literally TWO people who are un-helpful. They tell you the " OWNER" will call you but he will not . They said he called but my vmail was full - LIES . My Vmail stays empty . I'd go with 240 tutoring or another program . NOT THIS !!!!!

Nobody there to answer question. To sign for this service, you are expected to see the same 100 questions rotating in different ways to ask you the same thing. I am super disappointed at the moment since how do you expect to pass the actual exam when you are only preparing the same 100 questions.
