As a security specialist I can whole heartedly say non of their recruiters that they hire as technical recruiters for cybersecurity know anything. I personally understand the entire cybersecurity infrastructure these recruiters couldn't even play a game of backdoors and breeches and win. They don't understand that alot of companies use generic title labels like security analyst but in reality the position is different from a security analyst companies use generic titles because they don't want to pay for a specialist. Companies budgets are very tight. They need to hire a security specialist like myself to teach their recruiters what to look for clearly they know nothing. Iv had to personally explain more than once what a certain position is.
Also too many Indian speakers calling with poor microphones Ai can't even transcribe what they are saying which is very bad. Spoke to what Ai over heard was Ryan and madhu as their names and they are terrible can't even understand that sap is a ERP when I explained to them. Sap is just a brand name of a popular ERP. I was asking what modules the company uses and they couldn't give me and answer and said oh you don't know sap? I do I just asked you a sap question. Do you not know what sap is Ryan and madhu.

I was offered a job as a loan processor for Citizens Bank. After I completed on boarding, I never received a start date. I had to constantly remind the recruiter for status updates. I was contacted by 3 different recruiters for 3 different positions that were all offered but never started. After one month, no one followed up. They kept saying, they will meet with the employer and follow up. No one ever followed up. Very unprofessional and shady staffing agency.

They told me a job meeting my expertise was hiring. I've accepted the position in December and haven't heard from them until January to let me know when I can start. I've worked for them for 4 days and had to quit citing I was offered a higher paying job. They ONLY paid me for 3 days work per Client and refused to pay me for the time I've worked when I put in my notice. They told me to get verification from my coworker, but he could not since he does his own timesheet and even though I've done mine could not process it!!! I would NEVER EVER work for this Recruiting Company again. Tip: Only work for recruiters who are located in the US and locally...

Have tried working with this agency and have found they are just pushing as many applicants through the process in hopes to land the account for themselves.

I tried being patient with Nora whom never followed up on a position wth me and actually indicated I would get an offer soon but after two weeks with no contact from her I spoke with Rajiv only to get same treatment.

This was unprofessional, uncaring, and very deceiving for these people to work their business this way.

There are great temp agencies to work with.... this just is not pne 🤨👎
