I have purchased two other homes in the past. Working with this company was a nightmare. I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could.
1. They did not list on the documents the proper mailing address. the property I bought is on two lots. The address on the listing and the one they used is not recognized by the post office as a valid address. 2. They took a very long time to get papers signed by the seller (which should have been done before I signed mine.) This cost me over $300 dollars in a motel and traveling expense. 2. I purchased a home warranty and needed a service call within two days of closing. The money I paid in the closing for this service was not transferred to the warranty company in a timely manner. Also the address on the warranty contract was a street that does not exist. I am planning on filing a claim against their errors and omissions insurance. IN summary I will never use this company again.
