I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this facility in Sunnyvale. I noticed that the staff only helps if a nurse ask for help.
The communication with patient and the nurse is not good. I noticed that they’re always getting new nurses to come in because the good ones leave I would not refer anybody to this facility.

So not organized! Too Many new hires! Times don't match schedules! No communication to the patients! No consideration to the blind & disability!

I'm not aware of dialysis part of the clinic but if you have an actual Doctor's appointment don't expect to be seen soon.
