I loved this place and experience. They have a very nice office. The doctor was great. He took his time to thoroughly explain everything and answer my questions. The lady who helped me with my glasses was also awesome. She spent a lot of time with me and my husband and made certain to answer our questions and take good care of us. I would recommend them to everyone. 6 out of 5 stars for sure!!!!

From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel at ease. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized. The optometrist was incredibly professional, taking the time to explain each step of the exam and answering all our questions with patience. The whole process was thorough yet efficient, and we left feeling confident about the health of my daughter’s eyes. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch eye care! These are not honest people. My husband and I had our eyes examined here. They told me I had cataracts which I already knew. I was told I didn't need to be driving with cataracts. I have no problem driving. Except at night with the yellow lights. But I can drive safely. The Dr. Wrote my prescription and told me to come back in 6 months for a check. So I went to check out and I told the girl I needed my prescription and she told me that I didn't have one I said yes I do. I told her I sit right there and saw the doctor write it out and I needed it. So she went and got it and brought it to me after lying about it. My husband and I both have Christus insurance which pays for one exam a year and one pair of glasses. I focus charges twice as much as anybody else in sulfur Springs for eye exams so they charge just $90 each and I think it's just where they can make extra money but it's not right and we will not be going back. No I do not recommend I focus to anyone. Kathy Mitchell & James Mitchell. Several years ago they did do cataract surgery on my husband they did not ask him if he wanted new lens put in his eyes they did it on their own told him that he would never have to wear glasses again he has to wear glasses every day he hates having the lens on he wish she did not have them on but now they cannot be taken off and he has to have glasses he was giving a prescription at I focus for glasses this week and it cost me $1,200 each eye for the surgery. I focus is not a honest business to have to lie to people to get money.

Absolutely THE kindest health care providers around. From the doctors to the staff, I have received the BEST eye care at this office. Dr Yoder is professional, caring, and excellent in all areas. They do a great job with prescription eyewear as well!

Rude staff, rude front desk people, rude office manager who laughed at my several times and claimed it was her way to react to people. Was un willing to work with me on a later than 3 o'clock appointment. Don't come here. I will never recommend yall ever again

This is my second time taking my son to the eye doctor. I was very impressed by how quickly they got my son in and how the eye doctor knew what he was doing to help my son to see better and get new frames for glasses. The staff where kind and friendly to us and there place is nice and clean.

The girls up front were very rude! I went up there to buy a pair of glasses that were VERY expensive and ended up exchanging them due to them bothering me which I still had to pay a little over $100 dollars. They ended up not working for me either which they told me I couldn’t exchange so I decided to just get a refund and I was told I couldn’t go back there again if I did. They said the doctor “wasn’t there” so they wrote me a check that I was supposed to pick up later on that day but before I left they showed me my price after fees that they would charge STILL after getting a refund. I went up there later that day to pick up my check and they ended up giving me an even lower amount than they had previously said. The girl up front kept going back and forth with me trying to argue just because I told her that wasn’t the amount I was supposed to receive to begin with. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE WHATS SO EVER! They’re LIARS AND THIEVES.

Everyone is very caring and does a great job answering all your questions. Dr. Yoder takes his time and does a very thorough exam. Each time I've come, it has been a very good experience. I would definitely recommend iFocus Vision Care to anyone!!
