My internet went out two days ago in the evening. I called Tri-State and they first tried walking me through to trouble shoot the problem. It didn't work, so she set up an appointment to have a tech come out today to fix it. After I hung up, she called right back and said a tech person finished early and they could stop by that evening. He came over and fixed the problem. I have had nothing but wonderful service from them! Thank you!

I have been having issues for at least 5 days. I live in a very dead zone and the tower was having issues. I called the office and reached Anita. What a big help she really understood my issues and helped me on her end as much as possible. She explained that the techs were really booked. About an hour later David showed up and solved everything gave me a new router and explained about the tower issues. These two people were so helpful I was actually thinking of changing my service but their customer service changed my mind. Thank you both for all your help

This by far is the best wireless internet I have ever had. The only interruptions I’ve ever experienced were during a power outage. The office staff is always kind and takes action on any complaint or question with knowledge and a kind demeanor. Pricing is BEYOND fair!

Tristate you are not good and I swear if I keep getting disconnected and lagging and having slow download mbps I swear I am gonna get optimum fiber internet this wifi is bad and I can pay 40 bucks for optimum and I get 500 or 5000 mbps but I want to stay with u guys but just man the connection sucks

Live out in needles, needed a better service for our Internet; called last week was told they be here on Tuesday. Showed up right on time. Justin was the tech, he did awesome he was kind and knowledgeable. Definitely love the respect that they’ve shown and the internets been good so far.

I have been a dedicated customer for many years and pay on time every month, I would have thought they could fix all the glitches by now and I wouldn’t keep losing connection, every day it keeps getting worse to reconnect the router and turn off and back on the TV it’s not good service and only getting worse all the time
What am I paying them for when they are not providing the Wi-Fi they advertise?

These guys are THE BEST! They always respond so quickly, the service is amazing 99% of the time, with great prices and speed. Couldn't be happier with tri-state wifi! I had 3 services previously locally and they were all terrible so it's so nice to finally have reliable service and great customer service, thank you guys!
