Our pharmacy lost internet for almost an entire day due to weather, meaning no phones either. We made the call to DTE and I'm not exaggerating when I say this, they were here within 10 minutes of that call, working to get us back online. Lance and his team set up a Starlink and we were up and running in no time. They are the nicest most professional IT team I have ever worked with and will definitely be using them in the future.

The best thing that has ever happened to me and my business was to meet and have the ability to work with Down to Earth Technology. The have been a true asset for us for almost as long as we have been in business since 2011 and I am not sure what we would do with out their expertise of keeping our computer systems working and our customers and our data safe. The entire team is attentive and responsive no matter who in our team reaches out with a need, they just keep us going. If there where more stars to give I would as they have saved us when in a jamb many times and can not recommend them enough to any person or company that has IT needs, this is your go to team! Down to Earth Technology is a place that you can trust. Lance, Phillip and Viktor created a plan for our IT infrastructure for our business 2 years ago and they have been servicing it ever since. They are very responsive and take care of all our needs, printers, VOIP phones, data backups, server, cyber security, internet, etc. If you are looking for a great team for IT support or to help build your IT infrastructure from scratch, they can handle it.
