Dropped my 5 year old laptop off for an update. They took care of all the updates an download windows 11. The thing is working perfectly. No issues at all. They were Very friendly , an answered all my questions an explained a lot !! Great bunch of people !!!!!!!

Took my laptop I bought in 2017 here. The laptop had been factory reset and needed the software redownloaded onto it. They called me and informed me there was nothing they could do and insisted I release my laptop to them to “melt down” when arriving to the store no one could explain what was wrong with it and insisted it would cost way too much to fix than what the laptop is worth. After not getting an answer with what was wrong I asked how much it would cost and they said “ too much” I asked for a quote and they kept saying “too much” I asked if it would be more expensive than their cheapest laptop being $800 and they said yes. When explaining my price range being $100 to $200 to fix my laptop the guy laughed in my face and asked me where did I get off thinking it would only cost that much? I ended up taking my laptop to Reconnected down the street and they right away knew what was wrong and redownloaded the software for $120. “Too much my ass” either the people here are lazy asf or scamming the elderly. I strongly do not recommend going here if you look naive because they will take advantage.

Went in and Jerry helped me right away and didn’t even charge for a quick fix. Store is super clean and friendly. Thank you so much. It’s a 20 year old computer and their help getting it going was invaluable so I could recover my data. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Forgot the young ladies name in Kingman, but she was the most patient and knowledgeable, she stayed with me for most of the day until my problem was solved and then sent me a nice thank you note the next day. Your CO is one of the best I have delt with in 80 years. Thank You

Having bought a new screen (my older one had died) and thinking it would be no problem to connect the new one to my computer - I found I am not a computer guru. After diligently following the installation data - nothing worked. Computer Nerds to the rescue!!!
Manuel arrived on time and within 15 minutes that young genius had everything up and working beautifully. He even enhanced several features. Hooray for the "Nerds"! We have been loyal fans for years and couldn't be more proud to recommend their amazing services.
