Do NOT use this internet provider. Horrible customer service. They never show up when they say they will. Lie but take your money. Have a commercial account with them and have been having issues for months and it’s excuse after excuse. . Spend your money elsewhere. One tech that actually came out to the business weeks ago stated they are cheap and won’t upgrade their equipment and we should honestly shop elsewhere. Well we are going to. Have 9 towers and ONE actually works. Thank you to the one service tech who actually took the time to show up when the others wouldn't and stood by his word and was honest.

After having the terrible storms in Stephenville that literally bent the pole holding my dishes in half. The technician Kade Walker did a great job with the fix! He was very thorough when making sure the brand new pole was correct and the internet was back online. I’m even more grateful that he fixed it in this very cold weather! Thank you again

Our installer Jerome had to come out to us twice. We had more issues d/t our rural area. He did a lot of troubleshooting. Came back for our actual installation. Did a wonderful job and helped us set up our devices. Courteous and efficient. Great job!

Kade Walker was fast, professional, and got us up and running quickly. He gave us a rundown of what was wrong, how he fixed it, and what to do if something goes wrong again. He double checked the router and extender after he fixed the issue, and then ran multiple speed tests to make 100% sure everything was running correctly. Great job Kade and Nextlink

Jason Mast just left and after facing many challenges professionally and diligently installed all equipment. Absolutely enjoyed his company as well as his cadre.
