The connection goes out at least 4 or more times a week! I even had a service technician accidentally unhook my service connection he got the wrong address, couldn’t turn around and fix it had to wait a day!
Having said that it better than my previous internet service which isn’t saying much!

Wi-Fi goes out every time it thunders. Router has to be reset randomly all the time. When we had them out for a service call they billed us instead of the apartment property owner like they were supposed to. When it works we have decent/standard service most of the time. Noticeable reductions to streaming around peak hours in the evenings

Would be 5 stars if it didn’t go out every week because of an “outage”, I highly DONT recommend this WiFi for anyone they are extremely overpriced especially since we have an “outage” every week. It’s actually ridiculous at this point. Why am I paying almost $93 a month for WiFi that goes out once every week. It’s ridiculous and frustrating and this problem never gets solved the only thing they do is up the price. Vyve is a horrible WiFi company. They never fix the problem and never will this has been happening for a year. Like I’m paying almost $93 a month for my WiFi to not work and that’s ridiculous.

My wife and I just relocated to Stephenville and Vyve has been amazing. Great rate, super fast speed (faster than we need), no install fee, no setup fee and amazingly fast response time. Our internet was installed the same day we signed up. Thanks Anthony! We were checked on by customer service and an awesome tech just replaced some water damaged hardware. Thanks Douglas!

You can't put a price on quality customer service. It's a lost art these days. Can't recommend Vyve enough.

Straight-up nefarious crooks. Took my complaints to the BBB. The BBB of Oklahoma closed the case. Guess where Vyve is headquartered. Oklahoma! Effin' crooks. They will change the title of your fees, raise the prices of those fees, and intentionally obfuscate Texas tax rates so that your taxes fluctuate. Routinely raised the cost of my bills by $10. They're crooks.

15 Nov '24 Update: They're still up to their same old dishonest tricks. My bill has now increased $13 in eight months' time WITH NO VALID EXPLANATION. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS - THEY ARE SWINDLERS. The Oklahoma BBB is in their pocket. The collusion is blatant.

The worst and most expensive internet service I’ve ever had. If you have a work from home job, do not use this internet company. You will have many days of the year w/o service. The technicians never fix the problem right the 1st time so you have to make multiple appointments and go for several days until the problem gets resolved. Also $110/mo for supposed 5g and up to 900 mbps. My internet has NEVER been even close to that speed. Sometimes it is literally 30 mbps and 8 upload

Works well and I enjoy my speeds. Biggest downside is they throttle your speeds when you have a balance, even before your due date. Also they didn’t let me use my own gear, the worker immediately dismissed it and said no you have to use ours. Slumlord internet provider. I always use a vpn.
