I purchased a Spartan zero turn from these guys just under 3 years ago. I chose them because the salesman/service was the best I had seen after looking at many other options. This past weekend I went to fire up my mower and it wouldn’t work. Last time it was used was in December when I had them maintenance the mower. I called at 8:05 am on Monday and Tommy answered and told me he would get back with me shortly. An hour later Tommy is in my driveway with tools ready to work. He told me he believes it could be the battery and he was going to jump it for me and he also brought an extra battery in case. After jumping it the mower ran but the battery wouldn’t stay charged so he changed it for me. After seeing this kind of service (not charging me a service fee) I chose to buy a battery from him and I never had to leave my home. I highly recommend this location and would recommend for you to ask for Tommy!

Got my zero turn mower here (Cadet ZTS1) and the staff was super helpful in guiding me on my selection. I have a steep-ish incline in my yard and they showed me why the ZTS was the best option for not sliding down the embankment. Very hometown/you are like family feel. They delivered the mower filled with gas, oil, and everything greased up properly ready to mow. The delivery gentleman walked me through every aspect of using it. He said they do free pick-up and deliveries during the off-season on annual servicing. I am definitely a fan and customer going forward. Aka pretty much the exact opposite experience I'd have had buying at a "big box" store, which is a good thing.

Have a ‘23 Bad Boy Maverick with 70 hrs, brought in for routine service. Got a call from ATS that the spindles need replacement ($350). I declined because the machine is still under warranty. Machine returned dirty.
I took it to Bad Boy dealer, and learned that the spindles are fine.

Great place to buy a lawnmower!This year I decided to buy a quality zero turn mower that was worth spending my money on. I went to the big box stores and a couple mower stores in Decatur and Azle. I really did my homework. I bought a 61 inch Spartan zero turn mower. I’ve mowed my lawn a few times now and I’m so happy with the quality and customer service that I received from a ATS. Unlike the big box stores these guys really know their products, and will take care of all the warranty paperwork and registrations. Mine came with free delivery. After my purchase I even got this cool thank you kit in the mail from Spartan lawnmowers. I think ATS is absolutely the best place around to buy a lawnmower. I’m probably gonna buy a grass trimmer from them too.

Purchased a new zero turn Mower, had a few concerns on delivery with which the staff were very gracious in rectifying. Though it took a few days, all is well in the end. Very pleased with the unit I purchased and its performance. I would highly encourage perspective equipment buyers to give them an opportunity to to get you squared away in your lawn care needs.

Shysters? my dad went in there with a weed eater tank leaking they charged him between 30 and $40 just for looking at it and telling him that they discontinued the tank and couldn't replace it however we got a new one over here for you to buy. My dad went on Amazon and found a replacement tank for a little over $20🤔 incompetence little devious I think. Will not have a repeat customer.
