I dropped my phone in a sink full of water. It was completely submerged in water for a few seconds before I retrieved it. I thought the phone was destroyed so I took it to Laptop Asset to have all my data retrieved. Not only did they help me retrieve all my pictures but also fixed my phone. Excellent service and very kind people. Talk to Sammy when you get there. He's nice and very reasonable. They'll fix your laptops, phones, or any other electronic device. They also sell them at a decent price.

It was an amazing experience. I came with a laptop with full of viruses he fixed them all for only 29 dollars. Plus he fixed mine and my friends phone screens for such cheap prices. I recommend everyone to go there. Sammy is the man when it comes to repairs. Great service.

I did two computers service with them, they did really good job on that. I also bought two computers for my tax office, however I had issues with one then i called them. I don't really know their names but they are really nice easy to talk to. I will recommend them to anybody.

We absolutely love the knowledge, skill-set & the customer service of Mr. Sami Khan! We had so many internet/wifi, computer & printer problems that we literally tried it all. We were using both the high speed from At& T & from Xfinity.... then there was Sami! Everything is running great, we moved to one carrier & haven't had any problems since he has taken over. Great Great IT service!

Excellent service! We called them last week, because our office's internet and network was not working at all. They came quickly, diagnosed the problem and fix it in a matter of 2 hours or less. They were very knowledgeable and polite. They explained us everything and answered all our questions. They double checked all computers and printers before leaving.

Avoid this place! I took my laptop here to get the screen fixed. On the phone, I was told that my model laptop was 99$ to replace the screen. Great! When I got there, it quickly changed to 130-140 because the screen type was different. Whatever, I just wanted it fixed, and didn't want to drive all the way home accomplishing nothing.
The screen was fixed a couple days later, and I went to pick it up a couple days after that. At first, the guy looked around for my laptop, and couldn't find it. He gave me some stupid excuse as to why he couldn't find it in this very tiny store, and asked if I could come back later. I said I could not, I was on my way to an appointment, which wouldn't end until 7 or so. He asked if I could come back tomorrow. I live in Cypress, and it is not a short drive. Finally he looks around, and finds my laptop, imagine that.
I take possession of the laptop, and open it up. The screen has obviously been replaced. Great! Not! After looking it over, the hinge is not properly closing. After showing this to the guy, he says "Our technician has looked it over, and it is fine", followed by, "That is where the cable goes", and tried to play it off like that's how it was.
I paid the 140, and left. I am Technically savvy, I just didn't want to waste my time on it, but it looks like I am going to have to anyway.
Avoid this place. If you need a laptop fixed or screen replaced, go somewhere else and pay the extra money for the quality.
