Integrate Sun was great to work with and their installation was well done. We had a 14.7 kWh system installed which was 36 410W panels with a heavy up for our electrical panel. They did a great job of recognizing some issues with the initial design and accommodating that by changing the solar panel arrangement and increasing the panel wattage so we didn't lose the total KWh.

Habiba Jokhio was great to work with and she kept in constant communication to keep us updated on the project. She was able to accommodate our wants of a clean install with minimal conduit runs.

We have had about five months of production and it is inline with their original generation numbers. I highly recommend using IntergrateSun for any Washington D.C. installs you are considering.

Man, I can’t say enough good about IntegrateSun. My wife and I been wanting to go green for a while, but them other companies either ghosted us or wanted an arm and a leg. Then we found these guys. From the jump, they were straight-up—told us what we’d save, how long it’d take, all that. Our rep was awesome; they kept texting us updates so we weren’t stressing. The install crew rolled up with like five dudes, and they knocked it out fast. Panels look dope on the roof too—not an eyesore like I was worried about. Been running ‘em for two months, and our electric bill’s basically nothing now. They even hooked us up with an app to watch the power roll in. Only thing that sucked was waiting on the utility company, but IntegrateSun warned us that might happen. If you’re on the fence about solar, just call ‘em. Best decision we made this year.

We started our journey with EnergySage and received multiple quotes from companies which made it so much easier to decide. Everything was handled pretty smoothly. We did run into a fairly significant back order on our Tesla battery but I’m so glad we waited because it allows us so many more power options (~2+ months). IntegrateSun along with our lender allowed us to lower our very high electric bill. Lily kept us informed every week about our installation. There were a few things that got lost in translation towards the end of the project but it truly didn’t stop the project from progressing. However, it would have been a plus if we had a direct line to the electrician and a better understanding of the line items that were being delivered because there was no way to cross reference what was being delivered. Overall we are very happy.

Shakil was helpful and designed a system that fits my needs, but the installation hit a snag when a part was missing, delaying things by a day. The team was apologetic and got it sorted, but it threw off my schedule. The panels are performing well, and I’m happy with the savings so far. Customer service was responsive when I reached out, but I wish the process had been more seamless. They’re a good option, just not perfect.
