Zach just helped me get my broken Mac hard drive replace with a faster solid state hard drive. He answered my call of distress really quickly and fixed the problem in no time. He even went over the new system with me (I'm 64 yrs old) thank goodness because I'm not very good at that! Zach and I go way back (2003) when he was a junior in HS, I knew then he was really smart, but believe me, this guy is gifted when it comes to running a successful business and his computer skills! I trust him completely and it's always good to know someone with integrity out there in the business jungle!

Ok, where do I start....Zack is without a doubt the nicest and best IT person I have ever had to deal with, ever... He has given me great advice, cleaned, repaired, installed more memory, ram and updated an old (non working) iMac, a friend gave me. Voilà, a speedy workhorse that operates like a dream and has the built in CD drive, that the new machines don't have! Then I hired him to provide me with some training. He brought the repaired iMac to me, sync'd my iPad Air to it and he showed me how to do everything else I needed to get up and running quickly, since I only had PCs before. Zack made the entire experience a great one. Oh yeah, the best part is he set me up so he can remotely take care of almost any issues that may come up in the future! I find Digital Crisis prices to be extremely fair and for once, I feel totally taken care of. Thank you Zack!

Zach with Digital Crisis is always there when we need him. When we first hired him, my computer ran very slowly; our prior tech said there was nothing to be done to speed it up. In just a few minutes Zach had it running much faster. We've had very few computer problems since we started using Digital Crisis.

I have never worked with a most honest person than Zach! My computer crashed due to a lightning strike and the best I could hope for was the retrieval of my data. I could not believe Mr. Kitchen was not only able to do that, but he saved my hard drive and reinstalled the OP, all my programs, data, photos and music for a PHENOMENAL price!! My computer has never performed as swiftly and effortlessly as it does now.

Went above and beyond to diagnose and fix a particularly annoying motherboard issue on a custom-built PC. This is something I could have fixed myself, but I did not have the time nor patience to solve. Well worth the flat service fee to handle it and any other unforeseen issues that may have arisen. Great communication throughout, met me after hours to deliver the tower, and followed up with me a few days after to make sure everything was running smoothly. Cannot recommend enough.

It took several years to produce the mess I made of my Mac book’s s filing system. Finally I couldn’t find files. Two other experts tried to help with no success. But Zack from Digital Crisis, fixed the problem in about an hour and 45 minutes or hour and 20 minutes. He also fixed several other problems that I didn’t understand or had pushed the wrong button on. Very impressive work. I will call them every time I have a problem.

Zach came out,was prompt and extremely knowledgeable about what the issue was. Was able to find which program was causing the blue screen and fixed it. he cleaned up my files , deleting what is unnecessary and added some like Avira which IS very necessary and better than McAfee. recommend Digital Crisis anytime.
