This is a new company in this area and I do think they are lacking in some aspects, but the overall experience was good I just hope it stays that way. My internet is not completely installed yet, so we shall see. The customer service team are very nice and I have to say thank you to Shawn (supervisor) and Kathy for getting everything rescheduled so quickly due to an issue on their end. The guys who ran the underground fiber were very nice as well.

10/1/24 Installation is finished and everything is up and running. It was quick and the tech was very nice and helpful with info. Thanks again!

Edwardo did our install yesterday, he was fantastic! We are constantly getting down load speeds over 600 MPS and upload speeds over 500 MPS. So far it has been great! I removed some of my skirting and he ran the fiber to the same location I had my router before. Very clean job, done quickly and very pleasant to work with.

So far, so good. The sales person from AireBeam was competent and friendly. This was just step one today and a little early for reviewing, but very positive at this point. When we are installed and running, I will update.

Update: I'm totally impressed by customer service and the technician who installed. I'm a former technical technician and I know knowledge and skill when it presents itself.

The installers showed up at exactly the time booked, did their work are were on to their next customer within approximately one hour. They took the time to place the router in the exact place that we wanted and that required installing a wire on the outside of our home which was done in a very neat manner. Overall they were efficient, accomodating and pleasant individuals to deal with.

My experience setting up installation of AireBeam Fiber internet was so painless ... I was worried for nothing. Ben answered the phone and forwarded me to Cathy, who was a joy to deal with. I understood everything explained to me in a way that made feel special. It was so quick and easy to do. Since then Cathy has called me back to confirm dates and timings. So courteous and professional. Highly recommend her.

I've had them for 6 to 7 months and they are awesome. No down times. The provider is super fast with communicating or fixing issues. I had to call them to change the day they pull out money every month and they did it no questions asked. I asked if I wanted to could I get my own modem and router and they support this. I can even change plan speeds in middle of year contract (yes even lower it.). So far I would chose cox or century link over these guys. And the prices, the prices are more than a fair price. If you are on the fence I say go for it. You won't be disappointed.

We watched our tv about 4 days, then no service!! How were we supposed to know that you shut us down We were told when you did such poor job providing us set up service, that the month of October would be free! November is the start of billing!!
