I’m very disappointed with the service I received from them. My car was put in the shop to get a tuneup and they end up breaking the some parts under my hood and then placed tape on it and then wanted me to pay for it. The refused to fix the problem they created.This was the Chevy side. Also they ordered the wrong parts for the car and we had to pay the difference, when the parts had already been paid for.

The everyone there has a good positive vibe.
The part price was better than other dealerships I had checked.... and they were actually finished with my truck an hour sooner than estimated!!!
All in all Truckville is a great experience and my only dealership!

We had been looking for the perfect vehicle for our growing family and that led us to Truckville. They went way out of their way to make sure all our expectations were surpassed. Despite our young boy running around the office for hours, they treated him like family. Just when we thought it was all done, the lights were shutting off and they still had staff staying late to make sure we didn’t leave with questions. Thank you Bob Ruelle and the team! Wonderful first time buyer experience! Rockie is amazing! She is super sweet and experienced and provided me with everything I needed. She was super patient with me and answered all my questions. When you make an appointment over the phone at a dealership, it is very rare to be able to fit someone in the very next day right as they open, but this place sure did. It was unbelievable.

I went to get a recall repair done and some other electrical issues fixed. I got there right as they opened and they got to work immediately on my vehicle. They were done in less than 45 minutes. That's great service!

According to my receipt, the lady who helped me was Cheyenne. She was fast, prompt, and very quick to assist me. There can't be another dealership in this area that operates this efficiently. Plus my wife was happy with the help she received over the phone.

Thank you to all who helped me get in and out. I was really expecting to be there for a few hours...didn't happen.
