If you’re looking for a good place for computer repair this is definitely the place to go. I brought my grandsons gaming desktop there and not only did they diagnose it while I was there, they also had it fixed within hours. I was told I needed a new hard drive and got an excellent price on the drive they offered. The tech installed the drive but went above and beyond to get to the root of the problem saving the drive that was originally in the computer. These techs provide excellent customer service in every aspect.Thanks Guys you are the best

Entire process of them fixing my PC took way longer than expected because they didn’t know What part needed to be replaced. made me by multiple parts for my PC that I didn’t need. Then charged me more to replace parts in my PC that didn’t need fixing. Will never come back would rather drive to Houston.

My 6 year old gaming laptop bluescreened, so I took it to them for fixing. I expected it to take a few days at best to get fixed, but it was back in my hands after only 5 hours. The guy repairing it called me several times during the process letting me know what was going on, and gave me options for repair parts. Very happy to get it back in working order so fast.

These guys are great! My Dell laptop was loading extremely slow, if at all. I was thinking of buying a new one, but decided to take it to them. They fixed the problem, a new hard drive, and now it it’s super fast! Better than when it was new and for a fourth of the price of a new one. All my apps and programs were loaded just like before. I didn’t have to reinstall anything. Plus the turnaround was 24 hours. Couldn’t believe it. Highly recommend.

Awesome techs. Very friendly and will work with you on what you need them to do, even when you cannot speak fluent computerese. They were more than happy to upgrade my HP laptop even though I did not buy it from them.
