I moved here In February, and I have never been Happier. The complex Manger, Miss Shani, is the most wonderful woman, I think I have met. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She actually cares about the residents, and she "actually" calls us family. The complex is quiet, clean and in order. This is only the second time I have ever lived in an apartment, but with this young lady in charge, I think I could live here for a long time. She is totally awesome and makes the experience of being here just incredible. I don't know what she earns for a salary, but she is worth 10 times that to me, and the other folks her. Everyone loves he, and that makes the Gates at Sour Lake, a very nice place to live.

Hands down the best management I’ve seen in a long time. Farrah is always willing to help just about anything of ever needed. She’s on top of it when it comes to things that need to get done or being late on payments. I’ve never lived at a place where Upper management actually cares she’s probably one of the nicest people I’ve dealt with in a long time. 😊

My friend stays in this complex, I was babysitting her son. She was telling me she was having a few issues in her apartment, & 2 Hispanic maintenance men came in and checked the problems she was having and they said there was nothing wrong. She continued to have the issues she was concerned with, then about a week or so ago they hired a new maintenance guy and I think his name was Kenneth or Ken or something of the sort. He found the problems she was having and fixed them within the same day. I haven’t seen him since he came and fixed the problems with her apartment, I surely hope they kept him because he cleaned up his messes, he was very well mannered.

Oh & let me not forget to mention that the apartment manager named Farrah, is the most sweetest and determined woman that I’ve ever in countered!

Love this apartment complex . The manager is so sweet and helpful! She got me into my apartment and everything settled for me very fast and helped with anything I needed! 10/10 recommend.

Friendly neighbors! Quite area, It’s a new beautiful complex, with a little bit of things they need to work on but the manager Shani is just godly amazing. She has made sure we are comfortable and happy and makes sure anything’s fixed or looked at like within a day or two. As long as She is here, I will be here and recommend this place to everyone I know!!! So blessed to have her here and this place. Previously lived at Lumberton on the lake appts and it was the worst experience in the whole world. This is heaven to me. Thank you!!
