I really cannot say enough good things about Cynergy. They really came through for us big time. A storm destroyed the roof on our building, causing our office to flood. Cynergy and their team were able to have us up and running at a temporary work space they provided within 36 hours. They helped make sure we had all of the necessary equipment from our old office and even helped us move it down 4 flights of stairs. They have really helped our small business get back up and running quickly, greatly exceeding our expectations. Thanks Cynergy for all you have done.

Our company has been with Cynergy Technology (formerly Computerland) for over 15 years. They provide great, quality service to meet any IT needs. Over the years, we have gone through many upgrades and these guys have done an amazing job implementing them. Also, any issues that we have, they're able to solve in a timely manner. I work for East Texas Alarm and we have been using Cynergy Technology for the past year. Hiring them to do our IT work was the best decision and we could not be more pleased with their service. Cynergy has always provided the most responsive service and they've provided solutions that work. People are so important to an organization and they have some of the best. Johnny Cooley performs our monthly IT "health checks"; Logan and James are 2 of the techs that fix our problems. They're attentive, they listen and advise! I have had a great experience with Cynergy for years, but most recently has been an even better experience. Through different personnel changes and technological changes, I have needed more in depth assistance here lately. Michael Varry has been the most recent tech sent out to help. He is very upfront, thorough, and definitely knowledgeable, has great communication and costumer service skill, and is just in general a delight to work with. If every service ticket I have in the future could be completed by him, I could ask for nothing more. Cynergy Technologies is very blessed having him on their staff. With that being said, I've had great experiences in the past with their other techs, but nothing beats the service Mike provides. I give them 5 stars plus just because of him. Thanks for the opportunity to voice this review. 🙂

Cynergy has been taking care of our small business for years. They respond right away whenever we have an issue. They support us both remotely as well as locally by physically coming to our office. We have used several different IT support contractors over the years and Cynergy has been the best.
