I bought a used Xbox one here was completely junk, brought it in to get it fixed, picked it up and it broke again within a week. Went back and they refused to fix it. The controller that came with it also was breaking all the ports on my other Xbox one consoles that I tested it on which is beyond bizarre. Stay away from computer shack if you don't want to get ripped off. They also sold me a broken controller at one point, came back ready to raise hell and they caved and gave me the money back that time. They ripped me off for hundreds on the console though.

I absolutely love coming to this place! I've bought numerous used consoles and video games from them to add to my collection and they have never once disappointed! If you're a game collector, stop by and check out their selection and see if you can find a gem, I've found several on my visits to the shop! Everything is very well organized, the service is always fantastic, and the business is run by people who genuinely care about getting you what you want. Best shop in town, period!

I went today after breaking a piece of my charger off in the port and they were super nice and fast!
I would recommend them to anyone. I hope we don’t need a repair service for a bit but I definitely know who we will be using if we do. They also have vintage games and systems which is something my husband really likes 👍
So know who we will be using for our games/systems now too!
