I have been completely satisfied and happy with the service I receive every time something goes wrong that is over my head or that I don't have the energy to deal with when it happens. Miles West is as nice a guy as they come. The service and security are worth every penny to me. Today I had an issue of Chrome not loading and/or not staying up, and within 20 minutes of texting Miles I was back in business. I highly recommend.

After a $400“fix” to my MacBook, it still has the same issues the next time I turned it on. Zero assistance after I paid and still had the issues. They just told me it was old and there was a risk it couldn’t be fixed without going to Apple. Not what I look for in Expensive support. If I had known it was such a big risk & that it more than likely wouldn’t have been fixed AND if I had known an average of how expensive it would be, I would have gone to Apple and never used them. I will not be using or recommending them for Apple folks. Not sure how they are with PCs.
