B2B - do not use them. They do not handle your companies business. Volvo depends on them to process life change events for insurance and they failed to do so. It’s left up to the claimant to do their own footwork with the insurance company to submit the correct information to the insurance company although Benefitfocus collects it , they will not process and send to the appropriate carrier as they claim they do. Their promise to B2B is an epic fail.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with BenefitFocus. Their people seem nice enough on the help line, but nothing ever gets resolved. They were managing my COBRA pharmacy benefits and for four months they could not verify my coverage in spite of the fact that I had paid the premium for six-months in advance. After ten phone calls of one and two hours each and still nothing got resolved.

Now I am trying to pay my latest COBRA premium to them on-line. The website listed on their premium notice doesn't work. I then Googled them to get to another of their websites, but the site keeps rejecting my username and password which I know is correct. When I then request a password change, the site doesn't allow me to request the change and no verification code gets sent to me. The bottom line with BenefitFocus; I'm sure they are nice people, but they seem incompetent as hell and my every dealing with them is a hassle and nothing seems to get fixed.

Poor experience with this company. They made several mistakes handling my account. On top of that, they add a $20 “convenience fee” to all online payments, per month. That’s a 20% markup to my monthly payment. So now I’m sending checks in the mail every month (how analog!).

Extra stars because the representatives are friendly.

2019 and they do NOT offer credit card repayment of funds online or over the phone! Stupid! The only way to repay is via check by mail or online. They are withholding $983 of my funds and blocking my meds! Because they think they overpaid my chiropractor, I've been dealing with this for a month. I tried to pay the balance and need to use a credit card, nope. They won't take it out of my $983 balance, but trust me they will STEAL that balance at the end of the year. PURE THEFT! They need to accept credit cards for repayment, its 2019! NOT 1950!!!

I have watched this business grow from small operation to a huge corporation encompassing 3 multiple story buildings in the heart of Daniel Island. They develop and manage benefit plans for any business from small stores to huge corporations. The covid 19 pandemic transformed their campus into a ghost t own

Never worked here but brought the food truck here many times. Was easy to see it's a great place to work by talking to the employees that worked here.

The worst job I ever had , the trainers there pry in your personal business and refused to help me once I disclosed with her that I was uncomfortable and when I reported it to the HR department I was fired without reason, although I understand that SC is a right to work state...they still did it under unprofessional circumstances
