Boomtown is the worst Real Estate online program I have ever used. After a year of giving a shot and getting horrible leads I would definitely stay away and save your money. I would say more than half of the leads were false leads, fake phone numbers and fake email addresses. Customer service is the worst. When I tried to cancel they upped my Bill to almost double and would not let me cancel. Do not use Boomtown.

The communication is terrible! The CRM and website have been down since 2AM. Not an email or call from anyone to explain whats happening. This is a loss of revenue and my buyers agents have been unable to call clients all day. There is no telling how many buyers that tried to visit my website but were unable to browse homes on my boomtown website. I am very unhappy with this service. They truly do not care about their long time high paying customers $3000 per month for what?Nobody ever reaches out, once you commit to the service thats it... Bate & switch game for sure!!

Really love the way it is set up! Has definitely helped me take better care of my clients. The only thing I do not like about it is that it isn't user friendly for people looking for rentals. Our area is surrounded by military bases so people are constantly moving so sometimes they have no options but to rent. I really wish you guys added something in there that would be better for us to help our clients that are looking to rent a property instead of buy. Otherwise everything else is great!

Boomtown is too expensive. You are locked into a one year contract without the ability for a trial to see if it works for you and your business. Bad numbers from leads and you are held hostage to work this program 24/7. After a few conversations with the guy who set me up, I recieved NO response from my emails, texts or call. I am so unhappy, I decided to go back to my former System and just buy out my contract. Big mistake .

We love love this company. We have been using BoomTown for a few years now and would never consider using anything else. This company is always evolving it's product and customer service to keep up with today's market. Each year they have a conference for their clients which is very much appreciated. The content they provide during this conference is like no other. Our whole team would highly recommend any agent with a team or brokerage to use BoomTown.

I have been working BoomTown for 2-3 years now and I believe it has been the only reason that all the teams I have worked with have become successful as fast as they did. They have good customer service which sets them apart from many CRMs, and it is designed so the consumer loves shopping on the site which makes them loving the site as well. Highly recommended product!

If it is possible to give this company a 0 I would. There is a list of reasons why. 1st of all I would say that anyone who ties you up for an entire year on a contract should not be trusted. If the platform worked there would be no need to swindle thousands of dollars out of people. They will try and tell you that if you would just put clients on drip campaigns that all would work however, the drip campaigns are one size fits all (tell me... do you market a million dollar buyer differently then you do a 1st timer?). Don't listen to the sales people that tell you that they will let you out of the contact early... this is a lie unless you want to shell out 4500 additional dollars. There are WordPress plugins that do everything this service does for hundreds NOT thousands. Boomtown will also tell you that when people register they will put in their phone numbers as a password to be able to call the client and offer your services. Over 90% of our phone numbers were bad. The google advertising dollars were spent on sellers that didn't even live in Utah, we are a small company that only does business in Utah. In 8 months most of the leads in our system were from our own marketing efforts. I am not impressed and this has been a huge disappointment APPROX $24,000 later. The worst ROI investment I have ever made.
