When exactly did customer service die? I had an order that I purchased online and had to pick up from the kiosk, it’s a backpack for my son who ripped his. I arrived at the store a couple of minutes after closing, and got the attention of one of the employees. Instead of talking to me, she just kept waiving her hands and saying no because she didn’t want to do a little bit extra to help me out. Even if the conversation was, “I’m sorry, but it’s against the stores safety policy for me to open the doors after closing” or something to explain it, but instead her actions were very disrespectful, rude and dismissive as if I didn’t matter enough to speak through a door to. I am so frustrated from this situation, if I had been there two minutes previous, I would’ve just walked in the door and grabbed it myself, nothing had to be done with the register or the package itself, it just needed to be pick up, so why is doing a little bit extra for a customer, now a thing of past?

I recently visited my local Office Depot and was appalled by the unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Not only could they not answer basic questions about their products, but they seemed completely disinterested in assisting me. I wasted a significant amount of time trying to get the help I needed, only to leave empty-handed and frustrated.

This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Office Depot clearly needs to invest in some serious training and coaching for their employees on customer service. Until they do, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere!

Wasted of time and fuel. It says on the FedEx website that this location has FedEx shipping supplies and is a FedEx shipping center. But, I went there to ship documents and the said they are only a drop-off location. They only take packages that are totally ready to ship. Also, they have such little stock of items. It feels like a ghost town. It's no wonder WalMart has the market cornered. I also needed a few spiral bound notebooks. Their selection was pitiful.

I always come to this store because I like dealing with Brenda. She is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and polite. She is also very patient with someone like me who is not very knowledgeable about modern technology. She works in the printing department and I always need help and she takes her time to make sure I understand what needs to be done. She is absolutely fantastic.

Terrible customer service on Thursday 1/25/24. Was sent to this location by Amazon for returns. Not only did the two workers stand 10 feet away while I use the kiosk for Staples, but when I had trouble with the kiosk, as it had, no Amazon buttons to use, workers were rude and unhelpful.if Amazon is paying you to accept Amazon returns at your store, you better raise your game so that you’re actually nice and helpful, even if you are unable to process the return

Nice young man met me at the door and directed me to the item I was looking for. Pleasantly rang up my purchase and helped me carry it to the car as it was awkward & heavy. This item had a special discount and saved me a lot of money too.

I enjoyed going to this location. It's not busy, and the interior of the store was also well-stocked with other household items such as napkins and cleaning supplies and also shampoos, etc. It made it into a one-stop shop. I was able to grab what I needed.
My favorite part was the customer service here. They don't hound you as you walk around. The cashier was super friendly and welcoming, and he even helped me get a discount. Amazing!
