Leaving only one star because haven’t even been able to do a study, had a problem with my account got it fixed and still don’t qualify for any of them. Literally have all the medical conditions to do it but no one will say why I don’t qualify or why my medical history failed. Waited an hour and a half just for no one to respond ever. Didn’t talk to anyone just listened to their hold music.

Great place to do clinical trials and make easy money you just have to be careful and make sure you read all the paperwork in the screening process to make sure you know what you're getting into... my last clinical trial up at 6,000 for about 6 weeks of participation

Really nice place. It's a big square. Walk around, go outside have freedom play video games and watch movies. Just be on time for events and the staff will treat you with respect 🙏

Get a call back system. It's miserable to set on the phone for an hour. For just it to randomly end, and have to start over again

I traveled 9 hours to screen. I got there right on time and the person didn't have the common sense to tell me the group I was with was just called in and assumed I got there 45 minutes early so told me to take a seat. They still let me screen fortunately. The people there were nice I will say. However the requirements to get in are so insane. They do three ecg's and if just one is over you fail. While you are doing it there are many distractions around. Also everyone there was talking about how hard it is to get into a study. No compensation for going to the screening. The place was also filled with sketchy people as they did not screen for anyone who has a criminal history. The worst place I ever tried to get a study at

Probably the most difficult place to get into in the country, and they're not up front with informed consent. I was first rejected for not passing a genetic test that I wasn't told about until screening, because their digital form wasn't accessible. All of my labs were good, but the genetic test prevented me from getting a priority pass.

Then I was rejected for drinking too much water after they sent me the standard email telling me to drink lots of water. And again, no informed consent was provided until the day of screening, after driving >1,000 miles to get there.

Now, they wait until the night before screening to send me the informed consent about a drug known to cause mutations in DNA. If I knew I'd be agreeing to consume a known mutagen/possible carcinogen, I'd have stayed home.

It's not like I'll get in anyway, though, because I literally just watched a parade of 10 alternates rejected from another study waltz in and get screening appointments for the same study I'm here for, and they, and everyone else who passes screening but doesn't get into a study, have "priority passes" meaning they get to jump ahead of everyone else, if someone actually answers the phone when you call.

They screen 4x more people than they need, let people cut in front of you even if you do everything right, and don't even compensate you for screening. It's absolutely not worth it.

They put you in a 6x6 room that you have to share w another person! This place is over crowded! I would not recommend unless you want to share a closet space w another adult that you have to sleep in together. Its a big hell no!!! Pack you in like sardines! Slabs of meat. Also its near impossible to get into on your first screening. Takes multiple screenings to get in on any study. So the study you initially called about. 90% chance thats not the study you will get. Dont waste your time or money traveling here.

Ive screened here twice. The screening process is organized, people are friendly.

My issue is Celerion does not respect the people volunteering. For example: the first screening they screened 80 people to take 20, so a 1 in 4 chance of getting in... my blood work and test results were fine, but I didn't get in because the study was "filled".... So, they gave me a "priority status" to get into the next study.

I took a chance, drove the 6 hour one way trip to screen for a 2nd study a few weeks later. This one they're screening 60 people, but taking 15, with 5 alternates. I asked the girls at the desk how to go about using the "priority status" I had been given. They gave me a slip of paper with a 855 number to call at 9:15, 45 minutes before the expected phone call from them the next day. They explicitly said if no one answered to make sure I left a message before 10:00.

I called the number at 9:15 as instructed and an immediate recording said they were unable to take phone calls but to leave a message. I left a message with my name, date of birth, phone number, etc. Just to be safe I tried calling multiple times between 9:15 and 10:00 but each time it did not ring it just immediately went into the recording telling me to leave a message.

10:30 comes around and I get a call from Celerion from the 855 number. The girl says, my blood work and test results all look perfectly fine but I did not get into the study because the study is full. I asked about my priority status and if that had any bearing, she informed me that they did not get my message..... What? But guess what, they gave me another "priority status" now I have two "priority statuses"that I can use on the next study!!!!
The first one obviously worked like a charm so obviously two of them will work twice as well right?

Be warned: think twice before you go because obviously there is an extremely slim chance of getting into a study with the odds of how many people they screen/ take, but then their lack of professionalism with following through on their own policies they offer reduce the chance even more.
