All four members of the regular staff at the Narragansett RI UPS Store (in Point Judith/Salt Pond Plaza) are exceptional. They know their customers, are informed and courteous, offer best pricing suggestions, pack items professionally, and make everyone feel welcomed and prioritized on each visit.

Fo sample, near the holidays there were lines to the door, yet everyone was convivial, with banter between employees and waiting customers, among the atmosphere one of all around good cheer. Always a pleasure to visit - the employees of this store always offer a rare level of excellent customer service.

Every time I go in this store the employee's are so kind and helpful. Their's plenty of parking and even when the store is busy at Christmas time I gotten the same A+ service. Keep up the good work!

Finally was able to return a fold up bed I bought the wrong size of from Amazon. Meant to get a twin and got a queen. I went to Staples and CVS, neither of which would take it and Amazon wouldn't give me an option for those either. So, if you are in the same boat, come here and don't bother with the others.

Staff was friendly, service was super quick, and the place smelt and looked very clean.
