Innovate Newport is a co- working environment for professionals, creatives, and all manner of entrepreneurs. It's located within a historical old school, the building has charm and has been modernized nicely. Lots of networking opportunities and highly rated cafe/coffee shop meeting place in the entry foyer. Outdoor picnic spaces and sit-down tables. Something interesting in every nook and cranny. They offer day passes and ongoing desk and office rentals.

I was visiting Newport and needed a place to work and make calls for the day. The office space at Innovate is perfect - very comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff is extremely helpful, and the free coffee is very good. Also ample parking - that's a huge plus. I will definitely be back.

I cannot say enough about the space and staff at Innovate Newport! I am based in Brooklyn but needed a workspace for several days this month. The redesigned Sheffield School space is bright, immaculate, elegantly designed, and perfect for one's work day. There are small conference rooms, open desks, larger training spaces - plus plenty of perching areas for a visitor like me to park for several hours or for the day. Fresh fruit and Empire tea and coffee in the morning was delightful, as was the incredible staff and other tenants who all made me feel welcome. I've worked in co-working spaces all over the country, and this is my favorite by far. I can't wait for a return visit. Thank you to Tuni and the entire Innovate Newport team for a productive week!

What a great addition to Newport! This converted schoolhouse contains original character while adding modern touches and amenities needed for a co-working environment. Great large meeting areas, shared spaces, and large anchor tenants all coexist to make the building truly a cohesive "Innovation Hub." Whether you need a place to work for one day or all the days, I highly recommend Innovate Newport.

And its more than a co-working space where you can host a meeting or rent a desk.
Innovate brings many networking events, educational series, business group meetings, and more into this state-of-the-art building.
A must see for any business owner, entrepreneur, and anyone who wants to get involved with the community. The energy here is so motivating.

Dropped in for an afternoon to get some work done. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though I was only there for a few hours, they gave me a full tour, explained the membership types, and even put on a fresh pot of coffee for me!

The building itself is is incredible. It's bright and minimalist inside, but still cozy enough to get some work done. Plenty of space to spread out. There's a few different conference rooms, plus a huge event space.

I've been a member of Workbar in Boston, so it's nice to see that they are leveraging the Wobbe platform. This will definitely help with member management (it's nice to be able to do things self-service as a member). The added benefits of shared coworking time at Workbar is nice for when you're in the greater Boston area.

The location is key. Newport is great, but traffic is not so great. Innovate is right at one mile corner, so accessing it from any direction is simple. There's two parking lots. I was there later in the afternoon, so I'm not sure what parking will look like during the "rush hour", but there seems to be enough off-street parking.

I'm excited to see how the community progresses here. In there short time that I was there, I made an excellent contact that gave me some advice that I've already put into practice at my business. Coworking is truly about the community rather than just having a space to do work. I'd love to see what sort of events there will be in the future, and how they embrace the some of the diverse companies they already have. Having the Newport Chamber in there is already a magnet for small business, so they're headed in the right direction.

Overall, it was a great experience. I'll definitely be back and look forward to seeing this spot promote small business in Rhode Island.
