Brian is fantastic! Being honest, I wasn't sure I wanted to leave my laptop there, as I wasn't sure if it was a legit business due to the construction, but he's warm, friendly and he knows his stuff. He's working out of an RV due to setting up his main building, but do NOT let that stop you. He got the part quick, if I asked for an update he got back to me quick. The price was so good I gave a tip for the overall experience. Give this man your business, you won't be sorry.

Wow ? A Real person that gives sincere eye contact who wants to serve first and if $$ comes with that service you’re more than happy to pay.. I had an issue with my pc freezing. During the weekend I tried everything I could find online on how to fix the issues. Nothing worked. My wife found Laptop Zen, and I couldn't be happier. I told Brian my issues, and from that first phone call I knew I was in good hands. Brian is very knowledgeable, and helps you understand without you feeling like a fool. At Laptop Zen you can rest easy becasue you won't get taken advantage of or have your system put on hold and asked for more money to be moved up in line.
