You can tell how much time and care they put into their plants and how proud they are of the Quality they produce! Their plants are absolutely STUNNING and they SHOULD be proud of them! On top of having amazing plants, the owners are absolutely WONDERFUL! Good, honest, hardworking people who care about their customers! 10/10

I've bought a couple of their plants from local Krogers. One was diseased and the other had spider mites. I commented on their Facebook page trying to inform them and was blocked. I hope Google leaves this review up as disease and pest issues can be devastating to a houseplant collection.

Absolutely horrible company to do business with and a surefire way for a small business to lose a lot of money.
They have a pattern of ignoring communications when convenient, bait and switch, along with a dose of gas-lighting to make you think you're wrong. Their game is to take deposits and continuously delay/never fulfill on the order. If they make a mistake, you end up paying for it. Estimated time frames on ordering mean absolutely nothing. (We were supposed to get most of these plants originally in March)
We preordered plants from them in January, many of which we still don't have a finalized timeline to when we will receive or any pictures- we are now 6 months out- Red Moon and Variegated Birdnest Ferns (Edit: was sent pictures of variegated Birds Nest Ferns after writing this review)
They falsely sold/sell Ring of Fire (actually golden crocodile) and pink splash syngonium (actually just a regular pink syngonium)- they do not stand behind their products being true to type- once you've paid for it, it's your problem. One of the major lies that the owner (Robert) will tell you over and over again is "Just grow them out, the variegation will eventually come."
I received a tray of black cardinal starters infested with aphids and notified them immediately.
There's a handful of other trays of stuff we also ordered earlier this year and still waiting for the product- have gotten intermittent updates but only with continuous prodding. Still waiting on the remaining plants and not sure if or when they will actually be received (white knights and white wizards).
Long story short, I'm dealing with a world of headaches as a result of purchasing from this company and strongly suggest you stay away. They are a retailer's worst nightmare. You might be okay ordering common stock from them but definitely don't buy any high dollar/rare plants from them- especially preorders- you will get burned.

Edit: Close to a year later and after numerous emails, phone calls and talking with my credit card company, I was finally refunded everything I was owed. Do not fall for their strong arm tactics and contest if they owe you. Also beware they are now trying to file patents for plants that have been in production for decades and trying to rebrand them with new names so they can charge a royalty.

Overpriced and unreliable stock. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Edit: We have contacted R and D via email a number of times only to be ignored AFTER they admitted owing us over $1000 in refunds. We have contested our purchases with our credit card company, but this has been a 4-6 month process and still unresolved. They routinely lie (see their reply below) and try to hoodwink their customers. Stay far and away- you've been warned.

Always professional, on Thyme, and great customer service!!! I received a wonderful selection for my order. Everything was marvelous. The white princess, pink princess, and white wizard philos are my favorite. Their customer service associate was friendly and helpful. I enjoy doing business with R&D and I will be back!!!
