If you want peace of mind and stellar service, then you came to the right place with Computrex! The staff maintains some of the best customer service practices than I've seen in a long time! This place is phenomenal!!! I took my laptop in on Tuesday ... got it back on Thursday ... with a complete diagnosis ... and with a printout and part # of where to buy a part to save myself some money! I highly recommend Computrex Computers & Electronics, Inc. at 215 Bridge St., Phoenixville, PA 19460! I will be going to this place whenever I have a computer issue from now on!!!

This company helped me save my computer. After I downloaded the "free" Windows 10 upgrade, my laptop crashed. I took it to them and they worked around the clock to get the data out of the hard drive that Windows 10 destroyed and managed to extract all the files I needed. They had the computer up and running in three days and even managed to get some MS software back into operation which the crash nearly destroyed. Did i mention that the "free" Windows 10 upgrade destroyed my hard drive? They were consummate professionals all the way and did every thing and more that I asked them to do.
Just make sure you get the price straight in the beginning with them....

I went there with old computers, and they tried hard to fix it, but they were so old that they couldn't be fixed. They called me and explained in great detail the problem, and were very kind, and they didn't even charge me. Will definitely go back!
