Recently purchased the Pokemon Easter baskets! I'm so impressed. I checked out the store front and met the owner. Great experience!!! Had a small side job print I wanted done for my sim racing rig and it was knocked out of the park. Needed to be printed with a specific material and density. This thing came out perfect!! Replaced the sloppy factory rubber ring with something that doesn't cause flex and slop.

Zt3D is amazing Steve is one of the best 3d printers around I’ve been dealing with him for a long time. He does amazing work from basic to custom designs. Don't wait, get to this 3D printing shop quickly. From the front to the back ZT3D has multiple 3D models for the whole family. We were able to get a tour of the store, discuss the process and differences in 3D printing, and was able to view a 3D printer create a model in the middle of the store. Steve and Tyler are entertaining and took the time to answer all of mine and my wife's questions. Tyler even stop for a moment to show off large 3D models of a Halo Master Chief and Mandalorian w/Grogu before heading off to an event. We were impressed so much we had to stop by the next day and purchase some 3D models for myself and our kids. Definitely will go back, or shop on their online store, and purchase more depending on what my financial advisor allows.

I'll take my review down once I get my product back until then it stays. Steven and his "wife" owe me my product back. I was totally iffy about sending product to their shop for them to sell and now I know to trust my gut from here on out! They did the same thing to an old friend who had product in their shop, in fact they complained to me about her asking for her money for her items!! I've got screen shots to prove it. There is a reason his business partner dropped completely out within a few months of being open and now I'm seeing why.

Stopped into ZT3D today needing help getting a 3d printer worked on. Tyler and Steve were amazing and so helpful. Helped my brother and I getting the printer fixed in just a few hours. I can't help but be so impressed with these guys. Found myself just talking to them and truly enjoyed getting to know them. Would recommend them to anyone whether it be 3d printing or any kind of electronic hardware advice. Will def be back and look forward to seeing them grow and expand.

Super friendly and super helpful, I really appreciated the efforts by staff to help educate me about 3d printing. Learning how to do basic 3d printing and they helped explain the differences between filaments types, print speeds as well as some tips on keeping my prints attached to their base plates!
