Let me start off by saying they normally work on everyday computers. Well I took my sons Gamming PC in because it wouldn't turn on after I needed to replace the 1000W power supply. They were excellent in every way. After they inspected it they explained everything, all my options and times for completion of each option. They said the don't normally work on PCs as big as mine but they were confident they could help. New customers are usually asked for an $80 deposit which I had no problem with. It took them a few days but the had alot to do including removing all the info and reinstalling it on a new Hard drive which I had them install. I would not hesitate at all to use this company and I absolutely will in the future. They are down to earth friendly and very professional.

I really don't know what this place is about other than for getting the regularly required fingerprints. I look at the small amount of computer stuff they got stocked, see the TV screen on the wall. Wish they sold cool computer stuff like 3 D printers, and analog sound and vhs to digital devices...and Always only morning fingerprint schedules. I'm not a morning person so I dread going. Every two years. Do finger prints really change that often? But they got good WiFi and are fairly quick.

Horrible experience lately. I walked in three times to get fingerprints done so I could coach and every time I walk in it is excuse after excuse of why they can’t do it. It’s either the machine was idle for to long so it turned off and the state is the only one to unlock it and turn it back on or it’s an office party and we aren’t doing fingerprints today, then why is your door unlocked… horrible service

I went to get my finger prints done and service was good. Maggie (their dog) made it so much better. For people who don't like dogs she is behind a gate.

Since 1999, my Department has used SCI as our I.T. provider and to handle managed services for our department.
When our department started to process of becoming digital in 1999, Tim and his "crew" led the way for us. After several bids, all apples to apples, we chose to stay with SCI, and boy are we all glad that we have. Service and remote monitoring are second to none and the industry knowledge that Tim has of our business is a just another huge bonus. You see Folks, Tim was a Paramedic and fireman for many years and grew this business out of his basement into a beautiful office located in South Williamsport.
To take my review one step further, As a businessman in the wireless telecommunications industry, I have sent many, many of my clients to SCI for purchase and service for the Wilson Boosters. Tim and his crew exemplify prompt, second to none service. I am proud to have sent my clients there, and the company that I was working with, to this day still sends their clients to SCI for any needs they cannot fulfill.
Fellow members of my department have purchased home pc's/laptops from SCI, and I myself have recently purchased a Chromebook from them, again, COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!
My strong advice to you, is simple, if you want an industry leader in the I.T. area, for whatever you may be looking for, Give this wonderful business a call... IT will be worth your while, I guarantee it!

Tim and company have kept our company network and workstations humming for more than a decade! With our recent move, SCI set up our new VOIP phone system too. Love these guys!
