Shang and the installation crew were fantastic. Shang, the owner, was on site. They kept us informed at all phases of the installation, and when they were thrown a curve because I provided the incorrect information, they immediately had two alternatives ready and didn’t miss a beat.
The entire crew is knowledgeable, professional, and eager to provide outstanding service. Quite refreshing in a day and age when customer service seems to be a lost art.

Shang and the gang at DirSolutions were fantastic. They figured out the best products and services for our location and installed a top-notch system. Marty and Andrew were on the ground (and climbing ladders) getting everything to work as best it could. Working with all of the far exceeded our expectations. I’m so thankful that both of my businesses were able to install MANY cameras for safety both inside and outside the facilities/complex. With their professional advice, there’s not an area of a view that we can not see! I must say that having this peace of mind and too, everything recorded has been a great solution for us. It’s wonderful. And in this day and age, safety for us as business owners & safety for our customers is top on our concern list. My childcare facility is the safest it can be.. and next door to this is my indoor children’s playground which is equally as safe.
Bottom line is -make the phone call. Do a consultation. The customer service has been amazing and I would highly recommend the company. We couldn’t be happier at this point.

Shout out to Shang Beighey and DirSolutions LLC. Shang, Andrew and Marty wasted no time and pretty much had a state of the art video security system installed and running in a day in a 70K SQ FT facility at Bayard Printing Group. The system was very comprehensive. Inside and outside cameras. Cameras on 2 floors and thru the plant. The job was affordable and system user friendly.
