Great Hospital.. they go out of their way to make you comfortable and at ease. The ambience is very peaceful and relaxing. They have figured out how to keep their patients calm and peaceful while we wait. I have been to different hospitals here in South Florida and Miami Cancer Institute has the best layout and system in place.

The entire building not only is very attractive and calming but it is filled with people working in a casual, tranquil atmosphere doing everything in their ability to make the patient feel calm and well provided for by people who really care and will go that proverbial extra mile to make their patients feel well taken care of with the newest and most lovely way to providing medical means to help them get well and survive. When the lady was taking my blood I advised her I am a hard stick and showed her where they go she didn't listen and stuck me 3 times blowing 1 vein and hurting me very badly. It was awful. Then a nice lady Elsie came and listened to what I told her and where they go and got it first time no pain that's why 2 stars because Elsie saved the day
