I’ve been living at Station Place for about 8 months now. So far it’s been really good. I love that the gym is 24 hours, I work late hours as a nurse so it’s very convenient to be able to go to the gym when I get home! Management is also very nice, when I first moved in Angelica was very patient and accommodating as well as extremely knowledgeable when it came to things to do in the area, places to eat and store to go to. When it came to my move in she allowed me to pick up my keys the night before my move in. Maintenance is also awesome Juan and Josh are very quick when it comes to work orders. All in all, I love it here it’s quiet, management and staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Station Place.

Angelica in the leasing office has been absolutely amazing! She is incredibly helpful, attentive, and personable, making the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. From the moment I walked into the office, she greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the complex and the leasing options available. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received.

I lived here for two years and overall was a great experience. The property is beautiful and well maintained/landscaped. The apartments are new, modern, and have all the amenities you need. The interior building hallways are cleaned regularly. Maintenance was quick to repair work orders, however, given the state of the property and the newness, I rarely needed to put in one at all! The location right off of 295 saves time traveling anywhere and PATCO is convenient for commuting to Philly.

Two downsides are visitor parking (only 8 spots for a complex with 100+ units is comically small and I am surprised a professional developer didn’t plan for more), and the AC/Heat units - while they worked well, they are under window units similar to what you see in hotels and can be noisy. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would recommend this apartment if you’re in the market for an upscale luxury apartment in Camden County.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I regret to say that my experience at this apartment complex has been far from satisfactory. We have consistently faced problems, including a persistent issue with cockroaches and the smell of weed infiltrating our apartment.
Despite multiple complaints, these issues have not been addressed. 3 Pest control efforts have not resolved the ongoing cockroach problem. And they are saying that no roach has been found, please see the attached video. And also, the weed-smoking issue continues to impact the quality of our living environment, they have not done anything about this issue as well.
Furthermore, the management, including Manager Elise and General Manager Naji, and maintenance has been unresponsive to our concerns. They are shockingly rude and seemingly oblivious to the needs of us residents.
It is disheartening that our safety and well-being as tenants seem to take a back seat to financial considerations. The lack of assistance and care for the tenants' living conditions is deeply disappointing.
Now, let's talk about the so-called amenities. The pool? More often closed than open. It's like they expect us to be mind readers to figure out when we can actually use it. And don't get me started on the mail room – chaotic and disorganized, to say the least. As if finding your mail is some kind of treasure hunt.
Oh, and good luck finding a visitor parking spot! It's like they designed the place to make it as inconvenient as possible for guests. Whenever I stop by to the leasing office, no one is there. It's making me question if anyone even works there. The overall lack of professionalism is infuriating.
After this review, I really hope upper management will reach out to me. I hope that future residents receive better attention to their concerns and a more proactive approach to resolving issues within the community, but I am done here.

I’ve lived at The Station Place Apartments for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The property manager is truly outstanding—she’s always responsive, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents are comfortable. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. The level of customer service here is top-notch, and it makes living in this community a pleasure!

The Managment company is largely absent and not helpful. The leasing office is regularly closed for weeks at a time. The pool requires a lifeguard so there are no regularly scheduled hours that it is open and is only available on the weekends. The only good thing about the place is the maintenance staff who are quick to respond to requests and always helpful.

2 stars only because the maintenance staff is responsive and keep the grounds looking beautiful. Otherwise, experience with management has been horrific. The pool is lovely, but despite the official sign posted at the gate, it is NOT open daily beginning Memorial Day (literally written on the hardened sign). And when I brought up my concerns to General Manager Naji, instead of apologizing for the disruption in service (and hefty amenities fee) he attempted to gaslight me by saying that the pool has never been open that early. When the proof is actually in the writing. He then lectured me that everyone was given notice of the hours of operation via email, but again, I pulled up the email regarding pool opening- sans hours of operation! I can deal with staffing issues, but management blatantly lying and gaslighting was almost too unreal to fathom in the moment. Other issues include lack of guest parking, despite a massive and half empty parking lot. The front office hours are anyone’s guess. The mailroom is a jungle and half the time I’m relying on the courier’s picture to figure out where my package might be. I had also referred my friends who were looking to rent in the area but after one conversation with the leasing office they looked elsewhere because they couldn’t believe how rudely they were treated. My fiancĆ© called corporate to complain and we were told Wendy would get back to us. Two weeks later and nothing. In short, the property is gorgeous but management needs some serious customer service training.

If I could give this complex 0 stars I would. The upper management team is happy to tell tenants whatever they want to hear in order to get them to leave them alone, but then will deny ever having the conversation. Several days prior to my move in I was told I may not be able to park one of my cars near my actual building and it may need to be parked across the complex. I pushed back a little bit and was able to get my cars near my building however when I questioned the potential parking issues and lack of spots for each building was met with the comment ā€œyou do the mathā€. Not the most professional way for a regional manager to handle the question. After living there for a short period of time my windows began to leak anytime it would rain. Water would drop down from several windows and water spots appeared on the ceiling and wall. The maintenance staff tried to take care of the issue but the problem persisted and the builder was contacted. One of the contractors then attempted to tell me that the problem was it rained too hard and in a horizontal direction which these windows aren’t meant to withstand horizontal rain…with a puzzled look I said somehow I don’t think that’s how windows work but I let it go. I was told multiple times the problem was fixed but time after time the windows continued to leak. I was the first person to live in this apartment, brand new windows shouldn’t leak like that. Fast forward to move out…I had to move out of state due to a job relocation. I was informed even though I was moving out a week into the month that I was still responsible for paying for the entire month. I provided over 60 days notice but was told there was nothing I could do. While going over move out check lists I was charged for a small area of carpet damage in one room. The total I was told was $700. I find it highly unlikely that replacing a carpet in one room costs that much and I tried to dispute the charges. Over the phone the regional manager told me they would cover cost of the carpet cleaning at the very least and look into the damage to see if they could work something out. I hadn’t heard back for a month so I reached out. When I spoke with the regional I asked him the status of my refund. He told me that it takes up to a month and that I would be receiving a full refund. I asked him to confirm that I would be receiving the full $1,000 security deposit, to which he verbally confirmed. Several weeks later I received the check and it was for $200 of the $1000. When I was able to get a hold of the regional manager I was told this was not a mistake and they were not providing me with my full security deposit refund. This place has gone through at least 3 managers in the short time I lived here and it has been poorly managed since the start. The complex also uses 2 addresses one in Lawnside and one in Cherry Hill which caused confusion with mail delivery. Also the cost is very expensive for no real reason, there are very few ā€œamenities ā€œ provided to residents and they are often closed or broken with no communication. When I moved out there were so many empty apartments, it’s no wonder.
