Waited around for over a week for a item to ship only for it be cancelled...

I ordered five licenses through CDW. They do not prepare the order and you have to go through another broken type setup. Plan for additional time in that step- which is understandable. While the Customer Service team was polite and ready to look at my order status, the overall process took much longer than it should have. I was told four different times that I should have the digital download by the end of a certain day. Four times that was incorrect. They do not tell you that the final license should come from another company, and MANY emails were never delivered to me. I only received status updates and activation keys after calling in to the customer service line and creating a ticket that had to be escalated, though we confirmed my information many times throughout this process. I would rather have never been told a delivery date than to be told a delivery date that was wrong four times. Email exchanges were not helpful and I often went multiple days without a reply. Calling the customer service line was the only way to receive any information regarding my order at all. This was not a good user experience and I sincerely hope that I was a one-off scenario and not the average user experience.

Poor advertising ethics. Would not trust them based on their deceptive/disguised marketing. It's time to stop giving companies that act this way your money, and for legislators to take action against these business practices

I purchased a computer part and was waiting months. They email me to raise the price. I call in to confirm and wasn't happy. Then they cancel my order saying that I never responded, lol. I called in and kept getting passed around. Spoke to some manager named Cara who is worthless.

Worst customer service even for a business account. 2 out of 4 products were delivered faulty and broken. These were supposed to be top notch products. after contacting then, CDW’s rep was like go pound sand. Very poor service.
