We have been with NPS for a couple years and extremely happy we made the switch. Their service is excellent and anytime we had a question, they got back to us within minutes. They even were able to incoprate their processing with our Quickbooks POS to allow for a seamless transfer of payments to our Quickbooks PRO. Erik And his team are big on community service and giving back as well. I highly recommend them.

We have a non-profit thrift shop, where all proceeds support our non-profit animal rescue mission (Boxer Luv Rescue). We previously used another company. The main reason for moving was for improved service.
(We have an all volunteer staff with little ability to troublehsoot and resolve issues and one terminal so no backup). I interviewed a number of NPS' current clients and heard only rave reviews. I was sold and could not wait to move to NPS. We have had only minor glitches that were resolved in minutes and enjoy overall lower cost processing- and they donate back to the rescue. I have someone I can call on the phone or email and get a reply back - quickly. (Vs. the bureaucratic, maze of a phone system and unresponsive reps at the last company.) Customer Service is a high priority with NPS and is well executed. I cannot say enough good about this company. We are so happy we switched!

Not only a friendly and dignified staff with first rate customer service, they GIVE donations to “your choice” Charitable Organization, keep you PCI compliant and omit annual fees. They reveal the importance of your business whether large or small. The one word here would be “Noble”
Those of you exploring a profound review:
We are a small business and have been with NPS over 3 years and we highly recommend them for your business processing needs. We are constantly bombarded with sales reps and phone calls from companies wanting us to switch. They will claim they can lower your fees and save you money. Well, maybe they could have saved you a few dollars by analyzing a couple of your past statements….. But are we really sure that’s the case or the continuation? In our particular small business, we never know what type of card, how many transactions, or even the dollar amounts that will be processed at any given time. Personally being unable to calculate the exact monthly fee’s to expect, how would one really know? Or better yet, have the time to do so? We occasionally run a quick and simple mathematical equation to keep “in check” and feel that the NPS compensation percentage is consistent and falls within reason, establishing for us -a comfort zone. We have used many different processing companies throughout our 30 years of business, we never felt confident or trustworthy until we connected with NPS. Being a business owner there are so many concerns to deal with and not having to be apprehensive in this area relieves much stress and allows our time to be focus in other areas. Being treated as valued customer, no matter the high or low volume of business, outweighs having the burden of concern. The one word here would be “Principled”
Those who are still with me and desire a touch more review:
I have never met any of the NPS team in person but feel as I have a cordial sound relationship with everyone I speak with. My questions are answered, information is shared, and if any issues arise they are resolved in a timely manner. But more so, I am spoken to with respect by a friendly human voice and even share in a laugh or a sneeze. Their never too busy or portray an unimportance to whatever my needs maybe. The one word here would be “Sincere”.
And lastly, in a nut shell…….Those of you looking for a negative review:
Keep looking, as it has been a pleasure to work with these people as an individual as well as a business owner and look forward to the future as we grow our business.
