Shore Guys is always reliable. They were able to show up earlier than expected when our heat stopped working, which was very appreciated. Jose was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable and kept good communication. He kept us informed throughout the time he was here and explained everything. They were even able to schedule the follow up visit for an estimate the same day. Definitely recommend Shore Guys and Jose.

As a licensed architect, I’m in contact with technicals all the time. So when I see techs Above, Beyond and Cheerful with their work, the results are usually wonderful. Shore's Myron and Quinton are ABC and top 1% techs.
Shore provided a photo of tech before the meeting and afterwards a technical sheet indicating their measurements and areas of concern.

What a great company! Tom and Marvin came to perform work that required correcting a situation where our dryer needed to be vented outside. Professional, Timely, Courteous, Job site cleaned up and staying looking at other ares of the house to ensure there were no other issues. The price was very fair. A great job done at a fair price. Give them a shout of you need HVAC work done.

We couldn’t be more impressed with the service from Shore Guys Heating & Air! When our heater stopped working properly on a Friday night, they responded promptly to our call and scheduled a technician to come out first thing Saturday morning.

Thomas Grey, the technician, was outstanding. He was thorough in his inspection of the system and quickly identified the issue. Thanks to his expertise, everything is now running perfectly—which is such a relief with cold weather and snow in the forecast.

I called in the morning as we had no heat or hot water … shore guys came out that same day and fixed the issue within 30-40 minutes. Ben was wonderful to deal with and our dog loved meeting him. He also was respectful of my home in that he went outside to check on something and put shoe covers on before re entering our home. He explained everything in detail to us and gave us some future recommendations that may assist the performance of our unit. I would highly recommend shore guys !
