I called for some information about some bug problems as well as a couple of plant problems. I was transferred over to one person for the bug answers, and then transferred to another person regarding my plants questions. Both people were very knowledgeable and very helpful, explaining in terms that made sense to me. TAMU Richardson is a great asset to this area.

Take one of their extension classes-- they're great and it's also a fantastic way to meet like-minded people (not always easy for those of us in the 'grass is king' DFW).
