My mother needed a hospital bed, as soon as we had called, they took all information and arranged for our insurance coverage and within days the bed was delivered. At a later time, my mother needed something that would protect and give soft comfort to her delicate arms that would bleed. When we went and explained the problem, they gave us many suggestions and without no problem we found what helped the most. I loved how if there was a problem, they were right there to assist with their experience and knowledge. 👏

I have been using Core Care since 2008 for my cpap supplies. When there was a problem with insurance coverage because of an ID# change & no policy change & the insurance co. no longer wanted to cover the equipment they were in contact with the insurance co. on my behalf for over 6 months until the issue was resolved. Whenever I call for replacement supplies they send it right away and if I have had any problems with the orders they fix it quickly. I had to get compression stockings they had what I needed and the surgical center I went to said they were the top of the line & the price I paid was cheaper than theirs. Everyone has different experiences and not every good one writes a review I've had nothing but positive ones and would go no where else for cpap & medical supplies!!

After a horrible and excruciating day/injury... then a horrible visit to Rothman Orthopedic Urgent Care, where they attempted to sell me used crutches for $35, & lie about the insurance covering them... I ended up here at Core Care. The staff was super helpful & friendly... the guy that I spoke with prior to arriving was so incredibly helpful, the lady there saw that I was in agony so she walked up to me for everything. They couldn’t reach the insurance company for authorization, but they still gave me crutches & didn’t ask for a dime. It was late Friday & they stayed open after 5pm just to help me. These people are my heroes & I can not say thank you enough!!

The woman who works here doesn’t have good customer service skills. She has a rude tone. She complained about spending hours trying to talk to my insurance company. I asked if I could call or if she could try back tomorrow and she said no and that I would have to agree to pay if they don’t or come back and pick up my script. You need to hire someone more friendly and helpful.

I've been using Core Care Technologies for over 10 years for my CPAP/VPAP supplies. Ron is very knowledgeable and the rest of the staff are helpful and persistent. Sometimes the place is busy and one has to wait, but most of the time, I have a good experience. Recently, a staffer left phone messages at my home several times so I'd know how important it is to change my gear. I have an issue with throwing away plastic into the environment. Gloria listened to my concerns and suggested a machine to clean my gear so that I don't have to replace it as often. I felt HEARD, which is not always my experience with medical professionals.

Our group home has an individual confined to a wheelchair, a broken brake was called in to Core Care on 4/20, 4/21 repair man came to the house and said she needs two new brakes. We had to get a prescription. April 26 spoke to Core Care, said they still hadn't heard from insurance company. Core Care came out May 2, repairman came and replaced only left brake. Now said she didn't need two brakes replaced. Friday May 13, left brake broken again. Called Core Care May 13 11:45, told they would have to order new brake and that it would probably be Wed 5/18. Called them Monday 16th for update, they did not return my call. Called Wed May 13 to verify they would be here. Told they have to order the party would probably be Monday May 23. Will never use them again after this

Worst experience ever and i will never use this company again! They are not knowledgeable with insurance and I specifically said if I had to pay out of pocket then I don't want the nebulizer. I got the bill shortly before it was due and when I called the billing department again she kept saying this is your deductable $140, and I repeated that I asked the girl if I have to pay out of pocket then I don't want it. I could buy the item out right for less at another store, then she wouldn't let me return it.
I will be telling my Dr. Office about this to and will not recommend this place to anyone. Customer service was horrible! I left a message four the manager but I'm not expecting anything positive from speaking with his staff especially his rude and arrogant billing staff. Not once did I even get as I'm sorry for the misunderstanding let me see what i can do. Well i know what i can do never use them and never recommend them!
