I have been to this testing center several times and have never encountered any issues till recently. They canceled an exam recently due to staffing issues which I was able to reschedule for the following week. However I showed up to take my exam on the new date and the doors were locked with lights off. I was never notified of them canceling my exam yet again.. extremely frustrating.

I have come here to take a single test twice with both my appointments resulting in a cancellation. My first cancelation was understandable, but my most recent cancellation was due to a lack of internet at the facility. I received absolutely no warning from the facility before driving to this location that there was an issue. The only reason I know of my cancellation is that I arrived just to find a hand written sign stating the outage. This is an awful way of warning people and does not seem to be an isolated incident as others have described similar situations. If you are looking for a reliable test center I suggest looking elsewhere.

I came to this location to get my fingerprints done. The staff was very nice. The only thing I was confused about was I was told the company was called "FieldPrint Inc." but when I arrived I saw it nowhere on the sign so I was confused and I even thought I went to the wrong location. After researching I find out it's under the name "Innovative Minds". I was a few minutes late because of this but they still accepted me in. Hope this helps someone coming for the same reason.

Changing my review to 1 star. My last 3 exams have been cancelled. This is absolutely unacceptable and this facility needs to get themselves together.

Useful tidbit for Saturday exams, they lock the left side doors, you can only gain entry on the right side set.

Exam center experience was overall pleasant. Staff were very nice. They limit access to the bathrooms and personal belongings for obvious reasons. The actual exam area was absolutely freezing, so layer up! They did provide ear plugs and check-in was easy. Each computer stations is surrounded by cubicle partitions aiding in privacy and eliminates any potential window glare. My only complaint about the facility was the computer monitor was outdated (very small).

The testing area was clean and quiet but the ladies there were very sweet, understanding and calm which certainly helped my nerves. Thank you to Jericho and her lovely coworker, (I'm blanking on her name) they made a stressful experience enjoyable. 🙂
