I’ve lived here for about a year now. I’ve had zero issues; from my first interaction with Nikki in the leasing office to my latest interaction with the maintenance crew, everything has been a pleasant experience. No annoying neighbors or pests such as bugs. Parking, although unassigned, has always been plentiful. Some could say the rent is a bit high, but look around the area and this complex offers a good value for the comfort and location. Ultimately, I’ve been happy here and plan on staying for a while.

Only reason for the 1 star is to be able to leave a review!! These people have no compassion at all !! Our brother was found dead in his apartment U 412 on Tuesday of an apparent drug overdose 💔😪and we needed to get in his apartment to retrieve his personal information to make funeral arrangements but do to them being closed for some holiday from Wednesday til Sunday they couldn’t even have the decency to have someone meet us there to let us in 😡!! I got a voicemail from a guy named Eric that said we have to wait til Monday (tomorrow) to get in !! I tried to call him back but he wouldn’t answer my calls 😡!! We even had Glassboro police department reach out to them and they even told them we have to wait til Monday!!! Our brother was in there deceased for at least 5 to 6 days so it was bad from what police and the detective told us and all Park Crest did Tuesday is change the locks and left without doing any cleanup so the Detective prepared us what to expect when we go in Monday (tomorrow) especially now that apartment has been closed up since removing his body on Tuesday!!Just more grief for us to have to deal with 😞!!!That is so non compassionate of them and how would they like it if this happened to one of their family members!!😡Part 2 of review we went in yesterday on the 21st and owners due to their Jewish religion and being closed weds thurs and Friday last week would not even allow maintenance to go in and clean the apartment up since my brother was found last Tuesday!! We had to look at all the horrible things on the bathroom floor that were left behind from our brothers body 😞!! We cleaned out apartment which was the right thing today in which they told us they are keeping the $2,300 security deposit!!! I do want to say Nikki that runs the office is a great and compassionate person and can only do what she is told by owners but she tried to help us out all that she could and we appreciate her !! Also maintenance men Arnold and Andy are great guys too they atleast had opened all the windows on Tuesday so atleast the apartment was aired out and they all said they really liked our brother ❤️!! It’s owners and management that we have a problem with for not helping us in our time of grief !!!

I am so happy with my renovated apartment at Park Crest. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. The good experience started at the leasing office with Ms. Nikki. She was so kind and friendly and made an appointment with me on the spot. After a short, pleasant wait she took the remainder of my application. I was approved and given my keys and wash card within 48 hours. I am excited about my ongoing future here. Thanks Ms. Nikki! 🙂

I lived in Park Crest for 4 years. Me and my youngest settled in after moving from Williamstown. After a couple of years, she got her own apartment out Park Crest with no problem! Nikki, took care of both of us. We never had an issue with anything. Reading some of these reviews got me shaking my head. A few months ago, I wanted to break the lease because I had decided to move. Nikki, kindly explained to me the repercussions. So, I chose to keep the apartment for the duration of my lease. Park Crest Apartments are affordable and not many places offer heat included. My Pets were comfortable and free to be. My neighbors were the best. It’s a quiet place and I never heard any noise from the College students. It’s truly a nice diverse family oriented complex. I am a retired Law Enf Officer and I felt safe here. Thanks Nikki, Managment and Maintenance for all your assistance!
TL… Let me add! I was good until I got $700 withdrawn from my security deposit . The carpets were 4 years old and I paid my monthly pet fee for my 2 dogs. They inspected my carpets that October and said that they will not replace them because they didn’t look that damaged. And that they will pay to have them professionally cleaned. I moved 2 months later in December and I had someone professionally clean them. I had a couple warn out spots. Yet they took over $700. If you own pets be prepared to get gotten at the end. I even repainted the walls before I left making the apartment look the same as, I moved in.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I was offered the "new and improved, renovated kitchen" for $100 more per month. This kitchen included tiles that were barely glued to the ground, cabinets that were falling apart, and a disposal that broke on its own at least once a month. Laundry facilities are dirty and gross, almost never cleaned. Parking is an absolute NIGHTMARE.

Management is also very difficult yo get in touch with. They also don't value your privacy. They have keys to your apartment and they don't hesitate to use them. There have been several times maintenance opened my LOCKED door while I was home only for me to tell them I was home and that they couldn't come in, including once while I was in the shower. I have no idea how many times they entered my apartment while I was away, but I was never okay with this.

And the icing on the cake was when I told management I needed to move out early because of financial issues. So what do they do? They allow me to move out, don't tell me a thing, and then they charged me MORE MONEY FOR MOVING OUT EARLY THAN IF I HAD JUST STAYED AND NOT EVEN PAID THE RENT AT ALL. Tell me how that makes any sense. This complex is run by heartless people and this complex is the worst place I've ever lived. This place literally made me depressed.

This was our first apartment when we moved out. We were offered the renovated apartment at a great price, we enjoyed our time here. If it wasn’t for the rent increase in the newly renovated apartments we would have renewed our lease. We enjoyed our time here, the apartments were roomy and utilities were cheap here and there was so much to do around us.

DO NOT LIVE IN THIS PLACE. From getting my car keyed at night, to a broken garbage disposal that they refused to replace, this has to be the worst place I have ever stayed. The bedroom doesn’t even have a ceiling light. These people just want to take your money and especially if your a college student. you can find a much better place to live for WAY cheaper. Place will definitely be closing soon. Terrible customer service.

I live here currently and it's garbage and leaving soon. I know I won't get my deposit back for writing this but people need to know. I had a leak coming in from upstairs that caused major water damage and all the did was spray paint over the mold. There's no parking because the allow multiple families to live in a single unit illegally. My stove doesn't open unless I love the fridge to an awkward angle, but on the plus side they they plow the roads. Your car will be blocked in by a mountain of snow and make it completely unnecessary, but according to management it's the tenants fault for using the provided parking spaces. The explanation was "anyone who parks on the street gets plowed in, that's just what happens". The quality apartment is not matched by the price. Heating is either sweltering hot or non existent. When they pump the sewage do not drink the tap water, it comes out contaminated. And on top of everything, people that love in the back think they own the place and will walk in your apartment to ask for change or cigarettes no matter what time of day it is. If you move here anyway, good luck and you were warned.
