The staff is super friendly and so helpful. The past two times i’ve gone in for an eye exam and contacts/glasses Suzanne has helped me and she is absolutely incredible. She explained how my insurance works and gave me great recommendations for glasses, not to mention her great personality. 10/10 recommend

Everything went smoothly in the beginning with the exam and the contacts I received. When I went back to get another box of contacts, I couldn't see out of them. I went back thinking that somehow it was a bad batch of contacts, I was given a new trial pair with the same results. I still had a pair of the first contacts that were given to me and they were perfectly fine. I was told that the new ones are the same prescription and that my eyes have changed in a 6 month period. I was wearing the original prescription that i received with no issues but They basically made me feel like an idiot and I don't know my own eyes. They messed up my prescription in the system and wouldn't admit it, basically. The manager there has a really bad attitude too. She told me to make an appointment with the Dr for a follow-up exam (with her snooty attitude) in which would be free but when I came in, they tried to charge me. They ended up taking the contacts and giving me a refund instead of figuring out what really went wrong. Never again will I ever go back to any Americas best. Good luck to you all.

Making appts is way enough however the staff is either sneaky or uneducated on products. I asked for 3montg supply of contacts the staff member argued with me at 4 boxes was 3months, it's not it's 6months. I wasn't planning on spending as much. Please know the products and don't argue with customers.

Horrible customer service experience. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I honestly don’t even want to go back. Instead of de-escalating the situation Tracy from Store 5058 decided it was okay to argue with me in front of other customers. Waited a long time for one box of contact lenses. Instead of expediting the process she and another associate decided to have a personal conversation in front of me.

Incompentent & unprofessional. Ordered 2 pair of glasses recd 2 incorrect pair. 2nd time i recd 1 correct pair and 1 wrong. I had to go back three times! The General manager Arlayne then attempted to blame me for the mix stating, I must have given them the wrong glasses, Despite the fact that I had taken a picture of myself IN the glasses before I walked up to the desk! She acted completely indignant, yelling across the store arguing with me. As a paying customer at NO point, should anyone feel They can speak to a customer this way. So beware , take your business elsewhere. Not to mention when you walk in you're not greeted, people are not friendly. In fact, they look at you as if you're disturbing them. Horrible service..poor quality frames!!!

Hadn't had my eyes checked in quite a long time and expected the old school machine that clicks through lenses and the wall with the letters but was surprised by all of the complicated equipment they use to check and map your eyes. The poster with the letters is now a screen that changes depending on your vision level. It was pretty cool. Also the machine that maps your eyeballs shines a bright light and blows a puff of air straight into your cornea. That was interesting and the last machine is like whack-a-mole except you press the button when you see the dot and the dots all over the screen. I'm sure it has a medical purpose but it was pretty fun cuz it felt like a video game. The staff was very pleasant an appointment was easy to get my insurance covered a lot but we got multiple pairs of glasses and the add-ons and the warranty etc so we had a little out of pocket. Definitely worth it I liked it a lot!
