I want to sincerely compliment the professional, Brian, who attended to our emergency plumbing issue. Of course he fixed the problem with confidence. Then he kindly explained the entire procedure, current situation and future expectations to my father who is 97 years old and mostly blind and deaf. Our sink backed up on Thanksgiving. I called the next day for service, and I was given a four hour window. The plumber showed up within the first half an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, and cleared the drain. He was friendly, efficient, and the work was very clean. Very happy with the experience.

*EDIT* not even 24 hours later, my entire basement is flooded. came home at 5pm today to a flooded basement, with the same problem as the night before just way worse. Paid $928! Called to have a technician come back out - company sent a cleaner instead. 4 hours later and still no technician, asked me to schedule for the next day instead. Ended up going to Home Depot and renting a machine to snake my own sewer line. will be contacting management.** Called around 9:15pm on a friday night and had someone at the house less than an hour later! Shy arrived and quickly was able to assess a leak in the basement and provide the estimate and solution. Shy was super friendly and helpful, would *not* 100% recommend him and Roto Rooter for any plumbing needs!
