ITI is not just dependable, they are the only shop I trust to fix all of my computer issues moving forward. My laptop was giving me a ton of trouble and I needed it for my exams last week. Of course, I bought a warranty with Best Buy but the turn around time there is abysmal - and the service is even worse. ITI on the other hand was a completely different story. They were able to fix my laptop in time for my finals and were nice enough to wish me run good in finishing out the semester. I’ll be recommending them to my entire family if they encounter any computer problems in the future.

ITI fixed my computer really quickly and effectively. When I went to pick it up I brought an old hard drive I had and they installed it for me! I guess some businesses are even stronger than inflation because the price was by far the lowest anywhere around here. I’ll make sure to only go here anytime I have computer issues in the future.

Honestly, I really enjoyed going through ITI, I needed my laptop repaired for what I thought was a hard drive issue. They quickly found out that it was a problem with my cooling system, and by the time the fan had been ordered and arrived, the job was done within a day. Overall, very professional, very friendly, fair prices. My only complaint. if I had to nitpick, was if you called them, it might take some time for them to pick up the phone. But overall, I had a very pleasant experience here

Quality place to take your desk top or lap top. David is super thorough and takes a lot of pride in his work. Fantastic prices. Probably half of what other places charge. If you need a repair, or software, or cleaning----take your unit to ITI Computers. You'll become a customer for life.

Awesome local business! I had a great experience with using ITI’s services. I am not the most tech savvy person, and when my laptop stopped functioning, I was super frustrated and did not know what to do.

Luckily, my friend recommended ITI to me! The staff was super friendly, and they were able to fix my laptop incredibly fast. I would highly recommend ITI for fast and great service! I’ll definitely come back if I ever have any technology related problems.

It’s hard to find a dependable business these days, especially after the last time I serviced my computer at a third party shop I found my laptop to be filled with viruses. I was hesitant to try this place after reading another review - but I decided to try out ITI after I couldn’t find a solution for my troubles online. Don’t know what the other guy was talking about - best decision I made! Rapid turn around, courteous and fixed my issue at a fair price. Definitely will be doing more business here in the future, especially due to my oaf of a son consistently breaking things (including my laptop) around the house.
