Had the company do a basic land survey I needed, only company that did not quote me a minimum of 5 weeks before they could even schedule me in. They completed my survey and got the plans to me in a matter of a week. Pricing was on par with all other companies I inquired from. Eli was professional and courteous, would highly recommend.

This is a fantastic company! We had the choice to hire someone from traditional engineering firms that also offer surveying services, but am glad that we chose this company instead. We needed a survey to properly determine the boundary between our neighbor's property and our property as the land between us is contentious (due to the number of large trees that we want to remove because they are leaning with poison ivy but they didn't want to remove). Very responsive and explained everything we needed to know to make a decision. Plus, the survey was worth every penny when our less than desirable neighbor came out screaming at me and the surveyor. The surveyor was so calm and talked to her so she could understand why most of the trees belong to us and not her. He also marked out the many gravel paths that we made in the garden and gave us the CAD file on the same day he came to our property, so we can use the CAD file to plan our house improvements for the future.
