My company hired Computer sharp about 1.5 years ago to help with IT issues. Ryan has since helped me with Signing up with office Internet, Fixing PDF issue, finding a solution for my team to collaborate on Microsoft Projects files from a central cloud location solving virus issues Etc . Ryan is very creative and always looking for ways to make my business run smoother. I have had issues with my computer and called Ryan. If he can’t answer immediately he returns the call with in 30 min . He is great to work with.

Ryan helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. He helped setting up my new business email, which he was able to do remotely and solve the problem quickly. He even helped with a few of the bumps along the way involving my access to my website.
Ryan understood that to grow my business I need to be able to communicate with potential clients and he helped me with that issue and patiently worked it through for me. We then discovered another problem and he has offered to help me with that also.

From the moment Computer Sharp walked through our door, our technology worries were eliminated. Our Interior Design firm has nearly 10 users and many more devices which support our time-sensitive day-to-day operations. Ryan is tenacious when it comes to problem solving and caring while providing technology support. We rely on Computer Sharp for all our technology services with utmost confidence.
